Me matriculo en un curso de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales hace bastantes meses porque lo necesitaba para enero 2024. Me dicen que el curso no tiene fecha exacta, pero que se prevée para septiembre-octubre. En agosto les mando mensaje para saber la fecha de inicio; me dicen que 26 octubre-13 noviembre. En octubre les mando un mensaje para saber la fecha exacta de inicio del curso. Me dicen que el 24 de noviembre, pero que no me preocupe porque ME LLAMAN ANTES. Hoy 4 de diciembre llamo para preguntar cuándo empieza y me dicen que el curso ACABÓ HACE UN MES!!! Alucinante la mala organización que tienen. No valdrá de mucho, pero lo comunicaré al SEF para que tengan constancia de la mala gestión y aportaré la documentación que se me exija para demostrar que lo que expongo en mi solicitud/reclamación es cierto.
