The Botilleria Coffee East

I was visiting Madrid and had lunch at this amazing restaurant, purely by random chance. We were seated outside, by the beautiful plaza del oriente. Our server was amazing, bringing us snacks before the kitchen opened because it was closed for another 15 minutes. They don't open the kitchen until 1pm, but you can have a drink and wait. The croquetas of ham were outstanding! We ordered a paella for 2 which was so tasty. It's really enough for 3 people by the way. Truly am awesome experience.

It was very fancy and cozy. Staff were very friendly, polite and caring. We hd a very lovely conversation with them. We ordered vegetarian paella, Pizza, mussels and grilled vegetables. They were all mouthwatering. The presentation and the colors were very appetizing. It's the most expensive restaurant we have visited during our trip but there are other restaurants that were more expensive and didn't provide vegetarian options. It was definitely worth it. Staff requested that we help them write "Merry Christmas" in Arabic and English. This really made our day final day in Spain. Unforgettable.

Very nice restaurant. I was the only one who dined here for a late lunch. Spouse and teen were just thirsty. I am a vegetarian and had pizza. It was very good, thin crust, delicate sauce, fresh toppings. Turns out, I could only eat half. It didn’t go to waste, my family polished it off. Nice location too.

It's italian restaurant, at first me and my friend just want to chill and have lunch outside but they let us come and dine inside, the place is so cozy and the waiters are very nice and kind, we ordered paella for share (2 person) that's really good and much of meats that we didn't expected.. it so huge and we can't able to finished it.. it's more on for 4 person to share, it's so good but only one thing is it's too salty for us😅 but over all it's a very nice lunch we had here..😊

A lovely classic place between the Opera and royal palace. Paella, artichokes, hot chocolate are all memorable. The staff, including Karine are helpful and friendly.

The food was extremely delicious and the place has some instagrammable spots. Loved it! Will definitely come back.

Wonderful upscale restaurant ideally situated right next to the National Theater, and across the Royal Palace offering delicious dishes with impeccable service. Our waiter Hussein was super helpful and friendly. The best food and service I had in my Madrid !!

The 16€ lunch menu was perfect, and the decoration inside is brilliant! Just in front of the Royal Palace and next to the Royal Theater, difficult to find a better location. I highly recommend. Best quality/price ratio ever.

Soooo good. The food came out hot! The chicken pimenton was excellent. The sauce was yummy. The salmon skewer, fresh and rich/creamy. Also, the Ensaladilla Rusa was excellent. If not for the $5 in Coca, under $25 for two with an appetizer. Wonderful view. Shady and breezy at 14:30. Servicio = kind and professional. Thank you. Todo era muy bueno.

This was a gem of a find. Wonderful staff especially Sr. Antonio. A visit to the WC's is a Must. Beautiful decor. In front of the Royal Palace heaven for a cool drink on a hot afternoon.
