Being guided by Rabbi Haim Casas was one of the best experiences I have had in all of my travels around the world. Not only is the depth of his knowledge so vast and profound but his personal story to the region of Andalusia and hearing about his journey was absolutely captivating. I cannot wait to come back and visit and continue learning more with him. I also am very thankful to have seen his VIRTUAL TOURS as well because now I do not have to wait for an in-person visit.... I can travel with Rabbi Haim from the comfort of my very own home. Kudos Rabbi Haim to you and the great work that you continue to do!

Rabbi Haim Casas led our tour in Sevilla. We toured the area around the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar and the old Jewish quarter. Rabbi Casas is very knowledgeable about the history of Spain, and Jewish history in Spain. The tour made this history tangible, describing events where they happened, noting artistic and architectural aspects. The tour was not an overview, but an exploration of history and culture, which also helped us understand more about other areas in Spain (Cordoba, Toledo). The experience was compelling, and has kindled a desire to learn more.

Hain led us all around Cordoba’s old city and was knowledgeable about Jewish, Muslim and Christian sites. He knows Cordoba inside and out and peppers the tour with interesting anecdotes. We were focused on the Jewish history of cordoba and he was able to answer all questions and provide a real sense of the different types of Jewish communities that lived in Cordoba over the centuries.
