We are absolutely and totally happy with Finques Cel Blau in Sant Feliu. Last year we decided to buy a 120 year old house from them and had them handle the entire reformation and reconstruction process since we still lived in German and could not come to Sant Feliu too often. Not only did they help us with all the bureaucratic requirements and hurdles :-), they managed the construction companies, the painter, the kitchen guy, the carpenter, the authorities with necessary permits, designed the interior, always were an excellent sounding board for us when we wanted to discuss ideas with them and REALLY went all the extra miles necessary to finish the project. But they not only finished the project on time, they finished the project with top quality, enthusiasm - as if it was their own house. Even though the entire reformation and reconstruction process happened during a time with rising prices, high inflation, longer delivery times for kitchen furniture etc., they finished on time and delivered everything they promised - and even more - without extra cost. Even though our little row house is not one of the villas they also sell, they always treated us as if we had bought a villa. Honestly, we are totally thrilled and grateful and can only highly recommend this agency. We will of course invite the entire team to our house warming party!

Ik kan Finques Cel Blau van harte aanbevelen als je een huis of appartement overweegt te kopen in het aantrekkelijke Sant Feliu de Guixols. Het was geen must, maar wel heel prettig dat onze makelaar Nathalie, Nederlands spreekt. Als landgenoten begrijp je elkaar net iets beter. Nathalie nam ruim de tijd om onze ideeen te bespreken (en soms te pareren). Ze gaf gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en er was geen moeite te groot. Ze zet de klant duidelijk op de eerste plaats (ook als dat niet in het belang is van haar makelaardij). We zijn erg blij met de aankoop van ons appartement.
