Incredible place to taste original Spanish food. Is kind expensive, but the quality is good enough to pass the economic pain we were into for one bocadillo, a tosta, four tapas, plus dessert and two wine glasses (54€ on shared menu). The worst of the night was the dessert spon, and the best one "the Vieiras" (strongly recommended). The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the staff is very kind.

Great place - the food is super tasty the wine list is great too. Service is friendly and we had a great night - the egg, potato and truffle dish is seriously delicious - as is the duck. We liked everything !

A MUST when in Valencia. It's just delicious food, amazingly cooked. Wow. It was an explosion of taste. Make sure to make a reservation just cause they may be busy at times. The food is just AMAZING!

Bar Tonyina was so affordable I considered paying more! €16 for four delicious expertly cooked courses. We LOVED the watermelon salad, the hake with octopus and black wheat and the cheesecake dessert. But to be honest it was all wonderful.

You definitely need to book as the place was very busy at lunch. We booked online, the process was very easy. Staff were friendly, personable, quick and efficient.

Amazing food, awesome decor and super friendly staff. They have a daily 3 course menu that you can choose as well.

Excellent restaurant. We had menu del dia for 17 euros, it included 3 courses and a dessert. The quality of the food was astounding, especially for the price. True gastronomic experience from a talented and creative chef and the wine was excellent.

Just got delivery food here via Glovo and it was so tasty! Got the ensalada with sepia...huge amount of fresh shredded vegetables with sepia. Fresh and bright, with a tasty, crunchy topping and citrus sauce on the side. My partner got the wagyu pastrami sandwich and ate every bite.

I indulged in the brownie and it was also a hit. I am almost always disappointed by brownies in Spain, but this was nice with a good fudge sauce and accompanied by coffee ice cream. I heated up the brownie a bit and it was perfect warm with the cool ice cream (delivery was quick, as it hadn't even started to melt).

Loved every plate. The Thai Duck was sublime. We had an issue with a glass of red wine (which tasted strange) and they 'took care' of that in the bill. Really recommend!

Delicious gem of a restaurant. Whether it's traditional (think ensalada rusa or tuna escabeche) or Nuevo (think pastrami or shrimp cannelloni) you cannot go wrong. Fantastic service as well. Definitely make a reservation

Perfect place for a meal before a game at Mestalla Stadium, or anytime.
Given it was a game day and busy, the food came out in perfect timing.
I has the set menu which was well priced 15euro including a glass of wine.
My 12 year old son - who's a little anglefiled as far as food goes - enjoyed his hamburger.
Our hostess was lovely. Friendly, helpful and spoke good English which help us navigate the menu.

This was one of the first places in Valencia to offer quality fusion fishy stuff, about ten years ago. It's a real pleasure to see it still thriving, complemented rather than threatened by the other eateries that have sprung up around it. A game-changer for the area. Tuna, obviously, and of high quality, but if you like anything from ceviche to scallops, this is the place for you.
