Had a huge problem when my well pump failed, popped in here after seeing their sign from the N-332. They couldn't sort a replacement from stock, but got on the phone, and by 9.30 the following morning the new pump had arrived.
Customer service was great, and really patient with my mediocre Spanish, and let me practice fully before letting on that they speak really good English.
Will be my first choice in the future, hopefully in less urgent circumstances

I personally and highly recommend this store/business. It is NOT a cheapo Chinese junk store that has taken over Spain, but an old fashion, excellent quality store for plumbing. They helped/guided us to buy the correct connections. They gave us a life line and I thank them very much.

Buenas, mi experiencia ha sido inmejorable. Compré un calentador a gas y el tubo de extracción de gases venía deformado, lo informe y rápidamente me enviaron otro kit sin más que justificar defecto con una foto. Todo muy bien.

Compre uno de sus fregaderos para cocina, tardo poco en llegar, pero se les habia olvidado meter la valvula y en menos de 24h ya me habia llegado.

Muy bien, lo recomiendo. Hice un pedido de una valvula y me equivoqué en la dirección ,después de una llamada y un mail , me lo solucionaron y en unos días recibí el pedido. Volveré a pedir .

Compré un fregadero y fue el sitio donde más barato lo encontré, además vino en 3-4 días, super rápido. Todo perfecto, volvería a repetir sin duda.
