Our tour guide was Ali. It was a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended. One of the best biking tours I ever did. Ali is an excellent guide. He is very welcoming, friendly, and shares a wealth of information about Valencia's history in a delightful manner. He is very passionate about Valencia. He took us to many wonderful stops, making us lose track of time. He also shows several photos of historical and current events, providing a comprehensive experience. At the end of the tour, he gave us a map with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. A suggestion for Ali would be to remind people about tipping at the tour's end, as it's customary and something I, unfortunately, forgot, possibly along with others in the same group.

Ali was great and tour was good for a first day to get your bearings. The tour was informative but not too in depth, just enough. Do about 10k cycling but super easy and relaxed loads of stops. We kept the bike for the rest of the day and with Ali’s recommendations went down to the beach. Highly recommend was lots of fun.

Fantastic 3 hours English tour of Valencia. Ali was so passionate about Valencia and had such a great way of telling about all the interesting things we saw. Delivered at a great pace and not difficult to cycle. I would highly recommend.

It was a amazing experience!! We did the 3 hours English tour and Ali was our guide. The guide was so enthusiastic and passionate about telling us about Valencia. The tour isn’t too long and the amount of information is just enough. At the end the guide gave us a lot of recommendations what places to visit, what and where to eat and drink!! I would definitely recommend doing this tour at the start of your visit so you can go back later to the places you want to visit longer and visiting the recommendations!

Wonderful helpful staff we rented from the shop on Calle de Mar they had our bikes ready each morning for us with our names attached so no delay picking them up , bikes are very well maintained so this made for a very enjoyable cycle around beautiful Valencia , highly recommend this bike hire business 💯%

Valencia and the surrounding area (Sierra de Calderona) is a fantastic destination for road cycling. Coming from the USA, I searched for performance road bikes to rent in Valencia for a day. First I found Hummibikes, however their bike availability is misrepresented - their fleet is exactly one 54cm bike. I asked the shop manager of another place to rent this type of bike, as there are obviously many bike rental places for city bikes, ebikes, etc. He only knew of DoYouBike.

I was also interested in a city tour, so I booked a city tour with DoYouBike with the family and then road bike rentals for the next day. The city tour was excellent, Ali was an exceptional guide and personality (one bit of feedback - I am a bike tour guide in the USA and I found the absence of any type of discussion of safety or city bike etiquette amusing. There were a few issues along the tour.. that were lucky to not end up worse.. but we rolled with it!). Ali made the experience fun and interesting for all levels and people.

After the tour I had no concerns that tomorrow's road bikes (available at a different location) would meet expectations. Alejandro at the other shop was very helpful, the bikes were as described and properly set up as requested, he provided some recommendations for routes (being a cyclist himself), and my wife and I had a great day riding some awesome roads in the small mountain range North of the city. We were delighted to see many other roadies out in this area on a beautiful day - it felt like we had made the right decision to pursue the ride.

Overall our experience with DoYouBike was great. The availability of performance bike rentals was the key factor in getting our business, as we walked past 20 other bike tour/rental shops to get to this one because they offered something that the others do not. I recommend to the owners that they continue to offer high quality bike rentals and also to advertise them more, as it helps them stand out among the rest. Thank you!

Excellent bike tour! Trini was really nice and provided a great tour in the beautiful park and then to the old city. Tour was about three hours. Make sure you get a bike that suits your height.
At the end she took group photos of the group and made them available to all. This was lots of fun. Highly recommend.

First time renting a road bike in Valencia, I was very pleased by the ease and professionalism of the staff at DoYouBike. And just as importantly, I was extremely pleased by the condition and tuning of the bike I rented. I immediately felt safe and comfortable on the bike, and had no issues with two separate rides i did - a 60 miler and a 50 miles. Kudos to the mechanics and front of store staff.

Jose excellent, we would need to walk so far to see sites that you can easily cycle to. Lots of local information and chances to quickly explore. Really enjoyed it. No cycling experience really needed and a great way to get a feel of the city

We rented two E-bikes. Bikes were great. Good quality and well maintained. For one euro extra you can rent a phone mount. I liked this mount so much that I ordered one for myself when I was back from holidays. I recommend this bike rental shop.

I rented 1 Ebike and the service was great, Alvaro and his partner Ilse took care of me, they told me what route I could do for the short time I had in Valencia. The ebike they gave me was very good, I would definitely repeat it when I return to Valencia to finish my tour

Very helpful staff, good value for money, and convenient location(s) for picking up/dropping off. During my rental I had to both adjust my collection time and change out one bike(slipping gears) and it could not have been easier nor less hassle. Very much recommended.

I rented in Valencia a road-bike for 2 weeks to climb the beautifull mountains of south-east-Spain. I cycled about 1000 km without any mechanical problem, not even a flat tire. I am very satisfied with the service of Doyoubike: they rent nice roadbikes in perfect shape, even to climb Pico Veleta or the Rock of Gibraltar.

Great place to rent your bike in Valencia! We rented four bikes for a week and every location the staff was friendly, helpful (adjusting and switching bikes, adding accessories like lights for the kids), also prices are decent. Recommended.

Amazing customer service. We rented two Trek bikes for a couple of days and the staff was amazing. The bikes where in excellent shape and staff adjusted the bikes to our needs.
