I have been to their store 4 times and they have always been fast at resolving any issue I had "there and then" instead of asking me to come back at another time .... they helped me without a previous appointment .... something which as a business owner I understand is very difficult to do, especially when you are busy all the time ..... In fact .... I tried many other stores whose automatic renponse was "sorry there is nothing we can do" to any technical issue I had .... but they on the other hand, have always made an effort to help and find a solution .... They also offer value for money in terms of their prices ..... I always leave their store as a satisfied customer. Good work boys and girls! :)

Great shop and incredibly helpful staff. After trying some other dedicated mechanics in the city with no luck, I came here as a bikepacker needing a replacement rear wheel or hub. Speaking little Spanish myself, the staff went out of their way to call around to every other shop and supplier and explain the situation, looking for the perfect part. They ended up sourcing a quality 32h wheel and it was expedited within a few days, while the shop kept my bike safe and taken care of. Happy to report that wheel has held up incredibly well, with no issues or broken spokes after ~7500km.

Doyoubike is a super friendly and efficient bike rental shop bang in the center of the old town in Valencia. Their customer service is top notch, their bikes are great and also very reasonable. Now that I have my own bike I still go to them for any other issues related to my bike and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have repaired my bikes several times here and was always happy with the results. The guys are polite and professional and the prices are fair. Today I picked up my old bike, which was in very bad shape from being kept in the street for years, and now it rides like new. We changed the chain, the breaks, one inner tire, mud guards, chain protector, kickstand and the seat. Yes, the price added up, but it was totally worth it.

Update - After my last great experience I decided to rent a touring bike from them. I ended up renting it for 3 months and it was great deal. Everyone is super helpful and friendly :)

Amazing bike shop and I highly recommend using them. They helped me pick out a great Trek gravel bike and rent it for a few months while I was in Valencia (plus they mounted a rack as I was trying to do the El Cid route there). They were very kind and I was super appreciative that they spoke fluent English as I am still learning Spanish :)

we rented a bike from another company and we were scammed. our bike broke out of the blue and we entered doyoubike. they were super friendly and made the bike for a cheap price.

They saved me and fixed my bike super quickly when a nail pierced my tire. The consultation was amazing, they put on new tires of really amazing quality that I have to this day!! (3years later)

Really great service and good bikes. We rented bikes for 6 days and when I got a flat tire I brought it into the shop and immediately got a new one. Very useful that they have 3 locations and you can get maintenance at every one of them.

We also got some great recommendations for local restaurants here :)

Knowledgable staff who sorted my bike out with the minimum of fuss and kept me well informed of the progress of the repair. Overall excellent service.

I got some friends visiting Valencia and we found in this shop a broad offer of bikes for such a big group. Also the people working there were pretty nice and gave my friends nice tips about what to visit in Valencia. I will come back for sure!

The staff were excellent. They packaged up my bike for a flight the next day - they did a brilliant job and spoke great English. They went beyond the call of duty and ordered me a taxi to the airport too.
