Excellent automated laundry that accepts payment by cash or card. All machines include laundry detergent in the price. Good lighting, folding tables and right next to an excellent little tapas bar/cafe with great coffee. Pay machine instructions in spanish, english and Italian

Fabulous spot, next to 4 or so bars to have a drink while you wait. Makes doing the laundry quite a treat 😄. Owner very helpful and very easy process.

For a Camino walker its an excellent place. Information in English, small and big machines. Nice and clean place with very good opening hours! Used cash but seems to take cards and even Apple Pay - what a super service place!

Excellent clean laundromat in the center of the old town, close to the Santiago church. The instructions were clearly written in English and the machines were clearly labeled (large/small) so it was easy for us to pick the size we needed for our clothes. So, we did not have to spend time trying to figure out the instructions. There were dryers available too which made a huge difference for those who travel light or backpack. We saw the owner, Felix taking the time to clean the machines. His customer service was exceptional.

The laundry at my hostel was out of order, so found this place. It was great! I could wash a small load on the express cycle (18 minutes) for €4.50 and dry in a 12 minute cycle for €2 (can add more 12 minutes if needed). Can use coins or card. I was in and out with clean clothes in less than 45 minutes. All directions in English too.

Never have i thought i would be touched by the service at laundromat! The price is reasonable, machines are new and easy to use, but most importantly service is top-notch. I’ve mistakenly chosen the wrong laundry option(my own fault) but when I called the service number, the owner immediately picked up my call and let me re-use the machine with another option for free.

Great laundromat, you don't need detergent as it's done automatically by the machines and you can pay by card, cash, coin or a bloomest card. No WiFi though. 4 machines, 3 dryers. Wasn't cheap at €8 a wash and €4 to dry though.

Great for pilgrims! Even with merino clothes! They have a washing program for merino and if you put it in the dryer on the second lowest temperature, it dries nicely and doesn't shrink. My best experience on Camino del Norte. Thanks so much!

An amazing laundry. I have washed and dried my clothes here several times and they have always come out in great condition with no need for any further treatment. The laundry is easy to use with several different language options, tables for folding clothes, and containers to move your clothes from the washing machine to the drier. It is also a very clean laundry with a nice atmosphere and great music. The owner is a really nice guy. He noticed I left my t shirt behind, minded it for me, and left it in a safe place for me to collect. Thanks Felix!! 😊😉

Fantastic location, clean and easy to use machines. Truly a great experience, with the added bonus of a lovely vending machine outside while I waited for my clothes. I was particularly impressed with the dryers, as my clothes dried without needing to be ironed! I would recommend to anyone in the area, and will definitely be returning.

Just did a load of washing here. Instructions in english which was a great relief 😊. 10 euros for the wash and dry and just over 30 mins and I was all done. Thank you very much 🙏

Excellent facility. Very clean and the machines are quick. The owner is there to help if you need assistance. We walked across the street to the cafe while our clothes were being washed and he put them in the dryer for us. Highly recommend.

Very easy to use, clean, and accepts contactless payment. Best one in Bilbao. I have been to others where the machines are broken and there are no signs and no ways to get my coins back. Here, I had no problems.

The owner speaks English and is super friendly and helpful. He have great suggestions on the washing and thinking time required so I didn't have to spend too much.

Brand new, affordable and practical laundromat. Right in the "Casco Viejo". Easy to get to and VERY CLEAN!!!! If you are visiting Bilbao and need to do a quick load, this is the place to go to before continuing your travels!
