Excellent service provided by this facility. All of the staff are highly professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The translation service provided by Maria is invaluable and her help with the entire process including
liaising with my travel insurance provider was executed very professionally and competently. Maria stayed with me throughout the process including the transfer to the main Hospital, where she introduced us to her equally professional colleague Gara. Thank you and well done to all.

Cannot praise this hospital and the staff highly enough. Very attentive and first class treatment given to our son for his trauma injury from the moment we arrived and from the involvement of all the medical team. Jennifer was our chaperone and translator and stayed with our son throughout and helped in every way, making the situation as straightforward as possible. Jennifer continued communication with us even after we left the hospital liaising with our Travel Insurance provider and we felt assured by her involvement and management of our case. Thank you so much!

I have had a very good experience here especially with the translation team they are very helpful and every time I needed an appointment I was given one within the day and able to address my sickness and any other health issues quickly and effectively.

Bizikalitatea Internacional Department is giving me all the healthcare support since I arrived in Bilbao and I am very satisfied with their services. Jennifer is a very nice and competent lady who is always available to answer to my requests with a very polite and proactive attitude. She dealt with me in a very carrying way when I was sick and I really appreciate it.

The Hospital save my sons life. I was directly transferred to the international service ( ‭+34 608 171 284‬ Silbia) Silbia called my son straight away and made sure he was treated right away. Due to the severe Diagnosis they transferred him immediately to the University Hospital. What a luck! And what a kindness of Silbia to even cover the following day until I arrived. Full stars and more! And the medical service was top as well. Highly recommended!

Receiving medical attention after hours while traveling in a foreign country could not have been any more pleasant! The entire team of the Clínica IMQ Virgen Blanca is extremely professional, efficient, welcoming and caring, and every person ensured to make the experience as pleasant as it can be. They went FAR beyond the generally very good medical care I am used to in the US. Labwork was done in the middle of the night, and I received immediately results and prescriptions. Even though there were no language barriers, I noticed that the team always checked whether I had understood everything correctly, and they took extra time to explain medical jargon. Their team consists of several multi-lingual professionals, and I realized they were prepared to speak to me, if needed, in English, German, Italian, Euskera, Spanish, of course,...(if you need assistance in any additional language, I learned, they have a translation service on call). Btw, I also received assistance in dealing with my international health insurance plan & with receiving a ride back to the hotel at 2am. I couldn't be more thrilled. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Bizikalitatea - International Department is very helpful! It's really easy to contact them and everyone is nice. Recommend it for sure. Especially for erasmus students like me.

I'm erasmus and I'm very happy with the clinic. I easily made appointment with a doctor , which is a big plus for foreign students. Very nice doctors.

This company was so great, they provided me with a free taxi to and back from the hospital. They also provided me with amazing translation services at the hospital by Jenni and Maria.

Clínica que da un muy buen servicio a vecinos de Santutxu, Begoña y todo Bilbao. El Igualatorio quiere cerrarla y potenciar la Clínica Zorrotzaurre. Grave error primar las cuentas sobre el servicio. Al final abandonar a los clientes no les saldrá gratis.

Mi experiencia fue espectacular , el personal desde administración ,médicos ,limpieza, enfermeras y auxiliares de 10 .Mi enhorabuena .

Solo quería agradecer a la fisio que me ha estado atendiendo durante las tardes de todo un mes (Elena), su maravilloso trato, su atención, su experiencia, el trabajo que ha hecho conmigo y todo lo que he mejorado. También agradecer la amabilidad del resto del personal y los/as rehabilitadoras que me han atendido. La verdad que no sé si necesitaré más rehabilitación pero no dudaré en volver al mismo sitio. Gracias por todo.

Nací en esta clínica, mi hija también nació aquí, lo más importante en una situación de hospitalización es el trato humano y la tranquilidad del paciente. A mi mujer le están operando de la garganta en estos momentos y el trato es muy cercano y tranquilo.
Esta tranquilidad no se genera en los grandes centros.

El enfermero que ha estado hoy 15/03/23 en el turno de mañana muy amable con todos los pacientes. Muy profesional.

Asisti a la rehabilitación en la clínica de Begoña y no puedo decir más que buenas palabras hacia la profesional que me atendió en todo mi trayecto. Hacer especial mención a Elena, gran profesional que esta de tardes en el servicio de rehabilitación. Gran profesional con muchísimo tacto y humanidad. Un 10 para ella. No doy mas estrellas en la reseña porque no hay.

Todos unos profesionales los celadores del hospital. Me hice una gastroscopia y me sentí súper bien atendida, asesorada y cuidada.
Da gusto tener gente empatica que te hacen que los nervios se calmen

Excelente calidad y trato cercano y humano. Como en casa. Agradecimientos a todos. Tengo seguro con el IMQ, y destaca la amabilidad en este centro, de siempre.
En Zorrotzaurre es apreciablemente más distante , y estamos llegando a una masificación que retrasa citas, tratamientos, etc. Las pólizas sin embargo, suben. Algo a mirar.

A mi ama le han hecho una intervención para sustituirle una prótesis en la rodilla, y no puedo si no destacar la profesionalidad y humanidad de todos y cada uno de los profesionales que trabajan en esta clínica, desde el doctor que la operó, enfermeras, auxiliares, celadores... Muchas gracias por el trato recibido. La estancia en un hospital con gente así se hace muchísimo más grata. Eskerrik asko!

Buenas tardes, me han intervenido de una operación de rodilla y comentar el excelente y gran trato humano por parte de todo el personal de la clínica; desde las chicas de la limpieza, la que pone la cama de acompañante, las auxiliares, los celadores, las enfermeras, enfermeros y Especialmente a Jorge.
Absolutamente a tod@s muchísimas gracias por ser tan delicados, amables, alegres y atentos. No he podido estar en mejor lugar gracias a vuestra asistencia.

Fuimos por unas pruebas del sueño. Muy buen servicio. Tanto la doctora q nos atendió, como el enfermero que nos acompañó toda la noche durante la prueba muy profesionales. Todo limpio. Buen acceso a minusválidos.
