The Umami burger is excellent - classy, juicy, perfectly cooked meat! Also try Freak if you enjoy spicy tastes!
Basically, the perfect burger place - went there really wanting to have a proper burger, we got 200% what we wanted!
Cheesecake should not be missed, creamy and soft!
The staff was also super nice, even if we do not speak spanish, they constantly translated things for us to walk us through the experience!
Will definitely come back!! Best burger place and meal we ever went to / had!

Wow wow wow! This place is incredible! We had three burgers, just because we couldn't stop as it was sooo good! The meat was incredible, the flavors were superb. The cheesecake was amazing aswell! You have to try their own beer! It's delicious. The service is amazing, very kind and passionate! I can't recommend HDH enough. We will be back for sure!

BEST BURGER IVE HAD!! The umami burger was amazing. Cooked rare it melts like butter. Service was great even though there wasn’t much English but they were very accomodating patient. Photos don’t do it justice you’ll have to go and try yourself!

It was a unique experience at HDH, because it's not just a regular burger place, but the quality food together with the excellent service feels like a gourmet journey. Although the waiter didn't speak English well, he explained us everything, like what is the recommended order to eat the burgers, or why he doesn't recommend to use cutlery for the burgers. I also appreciated the precision and the punctuality of this place (they opened exactly at 13.30, no earlier, no later). We will definitely come back to HDH when we visit Bilbao next time.

Very friendly staff. Even though we don't know Spanish, he used chat gpt 4.0 to translate for us. I got the umami burger without cheese and it was one of the best beef patties I've ever had. The patty melts in your mouth and the flavour profile is amazing. One small downside is that the burgers don't come with any sides, so I wasn't very full after my meal.

This place serves probably the best hamburgers we've ever tried! I can also recommend cheesecake :) the staff is very polite, too. It's necessary to book a place before coming.

These are the best burgers in Bilbao. The staff is super nice and they even have their own brand of beer. You definitely need to make a reservation on the weekend. Thank you dear ones, keep it up.

The burgers are crazy good! I suggest both of them, the brioche is soft buttery and taste really good and the petty (the meat) is just amazing

Umami! Truly Umami. The is easily in my top 3 burger joints. Reservation is an absolute must. They make burgers with utmost care and love. Great quality ingredients, simple classic assembly. It's the right size, not too messy, very juicy, heavenly perfect rare meat patty. I had the Umami and it was amazing. My partner had the Freak and it's too good for a pork burger. Both quite distinct in taste, the sauce does not (thankfully) overpower the meat. We also had the sweet potato fries, but quite disappointed with the Bombay curry sauce. I am from Bombay and we do not have anything like that. Never mind the sauce, the sweet potato fries were very good. Not overly sweetened by adding sugar. Beer goes well to down the burgers. And please do not leave without eating the cheesecake, basic but top notch. Perfect meal. Great service. Well priced. 100% recommend, will visit again. Thanks for your service.

I have never tried burger like this one. We tried Unami and Freak. Both are exceptional! The meat is so soft and delicious. And the cheesecake - no words. Must see place in Bilbao!

Not the biggest, but surely one of the most delicious hamburger I have ever tried. I fully recommend everyone to try Bocatti di Cardinale here. You will surely remember it for a while as it is not like the rest of the burgers you eat anywhere else. The service was also enjoyable. We don‘t speak Spanish (not Basque), the waiter did not speak English, but he used AI to solve the language barrier. Amazing! We totally appreciate their effort of caring with the guests. Thank you!

We had the greatest service and most delicious food at HDH in Bilbao. Eduardo was incredibly attentive and made our dining experience memorable. He even surprised my husband with a birthday cheesecake! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, HDH and Eduardo, for going above and beyond to make our visit special. We'll definitely be back again and again!

The best burger I’ve ever tried in my life I swear! We ordered Umami, Freak, and the french fries. Top notch service especially Eduardo who made my birthday extra memorable with the cheesecake. Definitely give 10 stars and will come back soon!

Having tried burgers across the world, I have to say the HDH hype is real. Absolutely delicious burgers and sandwich, perfect as they are with no substitutions needed. Potato petals and aloli and the recommended beer and ginger beer also unreal. Service was also great. Highly recommend!!
