Best place in town to rent a car ! We decided to rent a car on last minute on a Sunday to enjoy the basque coast and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful as usual. Easy to find, plenty of parking space and general a good experience with a global brand of rentals. Driving in Bilbao is a little bit challenging,but as soon as you hit highway is fine.

My wife and I rented a car for a 1 day road trip and the two young ladies there were so nice and helpful... one of them even took time to help us re-program the GPS for English input and directions. I would definitely recommend this location, it has great customer service.

Had a great experience with SIXT, no hidden charges, no surprises, which are basically my biggest worries when dealing with a rental car company. The lady at the counter was super nice, and explained everything and answered all may questions. I was given a almost new Peugeot, only 5k km with a manual transmission. They include they liability in the price per law and a collision insurance with a 1,000 euro deductible. The location is excellent, in Abando train station, very close to the city center which saved me from a trip to the airport
