Amazing knowledge and expertise; top notch brands you cannot easily find; they take time to make sure you walk out of the store with better fitting equipment. Had inflamation on toe and they found a shoe with which I have the best chance to forget the pain; adjusted backpacker to reduce hip pain and advised on how to overcome upcoming challenges. To say they’re knowledgeable and helpful is an understatement. They went above and beyond and provided the absolute best customer service!

I went in to find a new back pack - my 4th one. The other 3, which were also fitted by store helpers, just did not feel great once I hit the trails. Jon at Lur Equipment, spotted the insufficiencies in the fit of my backpack immediately. He spent over an hour with me, not only trying on various packs, but custom fitting the frame to me. He took interior parts out, cut them, shaped them, had me try it on over and over and over again … and he kept adjusting them until it was a perfect fit. This was before I even bought the backpack. He even cut insoles for my shoes which I didn’t even buy there.

Honestly, I felt taken care of like he was family and I just know the rest of my camino is going to be comfortable and injury free.

He comprado unas zapatillas de montaña tras probarme unos 7-8 pares. Ha sido el propio dueño el que ha aconsejado eliminar varios modelos por diferentes motivos tras realizar varias pruebas. Recomendable por los consejos, el conocimiento y la honestidad.
