Hotel Zentral Mayoral

This hotel has only 3 stars but the staff and well appointed rooms make it seem like 5 stars. Large comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. I stayed on half-board terms, the buffet breakfast was excellent and copious in choices. Dinner was very satisfying with sufficient choices for each course, water, bread and agreeable wine included. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the escalator that takes you up to the old town and there is a free car park on the opposite side of the road. Note that both Satnavs and Google maps give incorrect directions when driving to the hotel!

Great location, right by the bus station. We got early check in and everything was very smooth.

Tip: opposite the elevator on 4th floor you have access to a semi-public balcony from where you have the most beautiful view towards the old town and fortress, especially during sunrise it is spectacular! My room was large and clean. The breakfast is really good. I love Spanish ham so much and during breakfast they had plenty of it. Also, the bar in the evening is real nice, including the lady who is operating it, the regional beer and the local wine go very well with the snacks that the lady offered us for free.

Nice large rooms. While the hotel is not in the upper old town, it is close to the escalators, which takes you to the old town. Toledo is a must visit if you're in Spain.

Reception staff were very helpful. Car park was very tight. Room was spacious and the bathroom was superb. Restaurant opened at 8.30pm and the bar only opened at 8. Very convenient for visiting the old town.

Lovely hotel...Nice and quiet, easy to find, parking in hotel (underground).. a little challenging 😀 spacious, comfortable rooms, easy walk to the escalators to old town.

The best hotel if you're coming to Toledo by bus with luggage since the bus terminal is right beside it and they keep your luggage for free even after check-out if you want to enjoy the day in the city. The bathroom was very spacious and had a very handy towel drier/hanger thing. Breakfast was good, a lot of bread options and they had soy milk!

Clean, cool and comfortable rooms recently renovated. Good buffet breakfast. Easy walk to old town thanks to escalators on the way. Minibar inexpensive.

Extremely convenient for Toledo city. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Very comfortable, if a bit soulless room. Beds and pillows excellent.
