Davies Abogados were recommended to us by a family friend. As we had never bought a property overseas before it was important that we used a trusted solicitor for this transaction. It has been a great decision, Michael's early advice on a property probably saved us money and heartache. Michael Davies has been my solicitor since I arrived in Spain 17 years ago and he has always provided me with first class service and excellent advice. Recently I met with him regarding the purchase of a new house and sale of my main residence.

He visited the property, we talked through the sale price, the timeline for the purchase of the new and sale of the old and he arranged everything else on my behalf - the best agent to market and sell it, the energy certificate, the floor plan, etc. and I had a good offer within a matter of weeks.
