It feels like a joke. I left a card to change the oil and fix two problems by warranty. They fixed one, but refused to fixed the other one and wanted to charge me 100 euros because I have additional protection. Ok, I refused that, they did the other problem and it was ok. Then I found a dent on the door when I was picking up the car. They, of course, didn't have that place on their photos. But, fortunately, I did my own photos before the service. ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS before giving the car to them. They gave me a cita to fix the dent in two weeks. The car spent two days in the service again. I came to pick it up. Guess what? They fixed the dent, BUT THEY LEFT A SIMILAR ONE OF THE OPPOSITE DOOR. Just unbelievable service. All they did is proposed me another cita...

Pésima atención al cliente e inexistente profesionalidad.

Tres meses para reparar un parachoques… En dos ocasiones se quedaron el coche varios días y me lo devolvieron sin arreglar porque no les llegaba una pieza…
Si vais espero que no os atienda Montse, incompetente y mentirosa, incapaz de hacer su trabajo.

Mal trato y falta de empatía. Luego de pasar la revisión, me dicen que hay que cambiar la bomba de agua. Pido hora y el día que me dan voy y meto el coche en taller. Son tan apáticos que me llevo el coche

Carlos Catala, servicio Postventa. Mal trato y desagradable, además se equivocó de bastidor y matrícula del vehículo y no siquiera pidió disculpas. No explico nada del vehículo.
