Be careful, don't trust this man. We asked for a estimation about the total cost of the renovation of our Spanish house. €30.000 he said, including good quality materials, tiles, plumbing, electricity, etc.
We had to pay over €2100,- to make him the budget. After 2 months he came with the presupuesto. The price was 4-5 times higher than the estimation he said before.
Now he doesn't want to give us back the €2100,- we already payed. This is theft.
Don not trust this man, the owner Vicente !!!
