Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat, Boo. After being diagnosed by my vet with a UTI two weeks ago, I knew there was something more wrong with her. After being persistent, they recommended that I go to this hospital, and I am so happy that I did. They were so thorough in understanding everything about Boo and her history, and they communicated with us their diagnostic plan in great detail. They even discussed pricing, which, for me, wasn't an issue; I would have paid anything to understand what was wrong with her. However, I still feel that this matter needs to be discussed and made clear to the animal owner, and the specialist, Marta, did this in a respectful and open manner.

Unfortunately, they found a huge tumor on her brain. Marta explained every possible outcome so clearly and allowed me to think deeply and ask questions. Her English was fantastic, and I felt that she really cared about Boo and me and wanted to make sure we fully understood the options. We did decide that putting Boo down was best for her, and Marta was so understanding and had all the right words to comfort us after this difficult decision. She asked how we would like Boo returned to us, and we chose cremation. The cremation service was just as efficient and understanding as the hospital, and I cannot thank these people enough for the work they do.

We came all the way to Valencia from Norway to operate our dog. In Norway nobody wanted and couldn't do the work. In Valencia we vent to Canesval veterinary and they referred our case to this hospital as emergency. Got response in 5min and been told that we can come now. Everyone in reception was very nice and helpful. On the first day we left him with the doctors for a full physiological check up, second day with cardiologist ( cause of his heart defect). He had perineal hernia in very bad condition and multiple tumours on his but. Thanks to Chirurgeon Tomas Serrano that accepted this operation and worked hard with his team for long 8 hours to save our dog, very good and generous person. Thanks to everyone who was involved in Pikis operation and treatment.

We went with our dog for a back pain. Unfortunately the MRI and other investigations showed an advanced cancer which soon left her without control in her back legs.
The team of doctors and nurses were extremely professional and caring at the same time.
I couldn’t recommend it more.
A big thank to all the staff for softening our loss, and for giving Chloe the best chances and care she could get.

I would like to say a big thank you to the doctors of this hospital.
Our dog became ill around 9 pm, I brought her in, she was immediately examined and the doctor took her away. As a result, our Frida stayed in the hospital for 2 days, but she received the right treatment, bow she is feeling much better.
The doctors on each shift were very attentive! The vet called us and kept us informed of her well-being and condition (in English, since we are new to Spain and do not speak Spanish yet). And all the doctors spoke English, which turned out to be a big plus for us too.
And yes, the services of this clinic turned out to be not at all cheap, but the first doctor on the night shift who received us, after examining her, described the situation to us, all the possible necessary procedures and the possible budget for treatment. And during the treatment they called us back and this agreed budget was not exceeded.
Thank you for saving our dog again!

My kitty Bella and I want to thank Dr. Elena for the amazing job she did saving Bella's eye sight. Her cornea was punctured and the eye looked absolutely horrible(we don't know how it happened, she is a lot outside in the garden).
Her eye sight could only be saved through an operation.
With each check up Bella's eye looked better and now, about 2 months later, it's on its way to fully heal.
I took this picture about 2 weeks ago. The eye looks even better now. Thanks again sooo much!!

A huge veterinary hospital, clean, you immediately feel that professionals are working. They are located a few steps from the center and most importantly, they work 24/365.

Sensitively handled the death of my cat. Sent a full report to my vet. Very clean and modern medical practice.

Had to go here for all the wrong reasons but they were amazing and so very helpful

Esta es la mejor clínica en la ciudad, un equipo altamente profesional y amoroso salvó a nuestra mascota querida. La clínica cuenta con equipos modernos y especialistas que aman a nuestros pequeños amigos.
Después de un tratamiento no profesional en una pequeña clínica veterinaria, nuestra Santa estaba al borde de la vida y la muerte. Llamamos a nuestros amigos en el hospital de la Universidad Católica y Kamen, el administrador del hospital, conectó instantáneamente a un especialista en situaciones de crisis que brindó asesoramiento por teléfono. Tan pronto como Santa recuperó el conocimiento, la trasladamos al hospital para su evaluación y recuperación (estaba en muy mal estado). Los líderes del hospital organizaron de manera muy eficiente el trabajo de todos los especialistas necesarios, lo que condujo a una rápida recuperación de nuestra querida mascota. Dos días de un trabajo experto y bien coordinado por parte de los líderes y especialistas del hospital llevaron a resultados fenomenales. Llevamos a casa a nuestra amada mascota en un estado completamente saludable. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos por la ayuda de todos los que participaron en el rescate de nuestro pequeño amigo! ¡Son los mejores! ¡Muchas gracias a todos ustedes!

После непрофессионального лечения в небольшой ветиринарной клинике, наша Санта была на грани между жизнью и смертью!
Мы позвонили нашим друзьям в госпиталь католического университета, Камен, руководитель госпиталя мгновенно подключила спициалиста по кризисным ситуациям , который давал консультации по телефону.
Как только наша Санта пришла в сознание мы перевезли её в госпиталь для обследования и восстановления ( она была в очень плохом состоянии).
Руководители госпиталя очень чётко организовали работу всех необходимых специалистов, что спобствовало быстрому восстановлению нашего любимого питомца. Двое суток, грамотной и правильной работы руководства и специалистов госпиталя, привело к феноминальным результатам. Мы забрали домой нашу любимую собаку в совершенно здоровом состоянии!
Мы очень благодарны за помощь всем кто принимал участие в спасении нашего маленького друга! Вы лучшие! Спасибо вам огромное!!!!!

El sábado llevamos a nuestro cachorro,Axel,por atropello. Un trato inmejorable, de todo el equipo de allí. Desde que entró, hasta que salió. Pudimos visitarlo,y sentimos de primera mano,el trabajo tan profesional y humano,que sienten por los animales.

Un trato exquisito desde que entramos con nuestro Lucky hasta que el pobrecillo murió. Nos asesoraron en todos los aspectos: psicológicamente para nosotros como a la hora de afrontar la pérdida con nuestra otra perrita, Triana, que lo echaba muchísimo de menos. Gracias por todo.

Hace unas semanas tuve que llevar a mi perrito porque estaba muy mayor y se encontraba muy malito . Nos dieron una atención de 10 ! Nuria fue muy empática conmigo y muy sincera . Estaré eternamente agradecida por sus palabras.

Coco ha estado 3 días en la UCI debido a una bajada de glucosa. La atención del veterinario y demás personal a sido inmejorable, tanto para Coco como hacia mi, he estado informada en todo momento de la situación y de todas las pruebas q iban haciendo, siempre bajo presupuesto firmado como conforme. Después de los 3 dias y resultados de la pruebas lo pasaron a observación con un tratamiento para posteriormente darle el alta. Coco entró muy malito, y gracias a este hospital y sus profesionales ha vuelto a casa para recuperarse. Felicidades a tod@s l@s profesionales de este hospital.

Al hospital veterinario de la UCV, debes ir remitido por tu veterinario habitual al especialista que se necesite. Aquí han tratado a mi Lucas en Oftalmología y Cardiología, muy agradecida del trato que recibió mi peludito, sobre todo la noche que le llevamos de urgencias.
