BMW at FERSAN

Wow! Incredible service. I called for a replacement of a flat tyre. The tyre was not in stock but they ordered immedeately and they replaced the tyre already the next day.
Thanks for such a fast service..

I recently bought a car at Fersan with an excellent sales agent Oscar. There was a large selection of cars to look at and I was helped through the process of choosing one by Oscar. He was very informative, friendly and helpful. The after sales service was also first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership!

Had my 320 Tourer M Sport here yesterday for a major service. Very friendly staff. £250 cheaper then back in the UK. Even gave it a wash. Would recommend.

The staff is great, the manager is also a cool guy that can attend to the needs of a customer and make a sale. Very happy with my experience there.

Soy nueva usuaria de BMW y estuve hace poco en benigar, sinceramente estoy muy contenta con los servicios que hasta ahora me han realizado, el primero fue un cambio líquidos y un diagnóstico del vehículo y está segunda vez, discos de freno y pastillas, el servicio de atención es muy bueno, obviamente barato no, pero creo que es importante estar tranquilo con las reparaciones que le hacen a uno. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Añado que sala de espera con café y agua, te entregan el coche lavado y aspirado. De 10

Concesionario cercano a La Cala, estupendo para mí nueva residencia. El trato impecable, explicaciones del.proceso, celeridad, cumplimiento de plazos y calidad de servicio. Tenía referente en Madrid, ahora lo tengo en Alicante. Más que recomendable
