IKEA Ondara - Espacio de Planificación

Could not be happier, great service. Worked with Alba to design a kitchen in a challenging space. She really helped take it to another level, some great insights and recommendations. Also helped work with my installer to get all the right parts for the site. It made a real difference. Some advice: a) make an appointment, they are always busy b) check courier options - I know IKEA have changed couriers recently to meet delivery expectations

We needed some extra kitchen units so made an appointment here to get some help. We were seen by Alba who was super helpful. She was very patient, explained all the optiions and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very customer focused. Thank you Alba. We have now placed our order and are looking forwardo the arrival of our new units.

This collection hub is a great alternative to paying what is a substantial delivery cost for where we live or having to collect from Valencia which is a fair distance from us .having placed the order on line we were given options for the collection date which was only a matter of days
When we collected it was a fast and simple process , All in All a very good experience .

Great shopping centre. Plenty of parking both on the ground floor and underground. Easy to get to the centre. Centro comercial. There is plenty of variety of shops from clothes, to furniture to the category super mercado. Out in the car park there are fast food outlets. The site also has bazaars, storage units, and car showrooms.

Convenient branch of Ikea with a selection of ikea products. Friendly staff to facilitate all orders through their idea catalogue

Its huuuuuge you guys! There is literally everything you could think of!
And of course they made sure to have that nice restaurant over there and these great seats for you to stay there all day!
My favorite section to visit was the bedroom section!! :D

Nice shop but you have to order and they send to you as far as I could make out. But for planning a kitchen or bathroom lots of help

All thanks to a very patient and calm Laura (Gill) the kitchen plan went through. Through no fault of her own or the Ondara office it took over 2 hrs to process due to a computer problem. Also, Ikea main office didn’t forward my emails for an appointment days earlier nor did they contact her on the day of my appointment to say I was stuck in an accident and would be late even though they promised they would. This call on premium rate!!!! I would certainly use Ondara office again for their sheer tenacity in making it work through all the odds. Thanks to Nuria too. Cate y Victoria It’s open on Sunday through August though the website says it’s closed!

Just wish they would put an IKEA in the area. You either have to go to murcia or valencia. Which is 2 hours or more away which ever one you go to. Need one near
