Staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk were very helpful.
The evening set menu is varied, with many options. Photographs of dishes make perfect sense when many guests don't speak Spanish.
Slept ok. No mountain view from our hotel, but the hotel was full so no worries.
Breakfast was great, with bacon and eggs as well as the "normal" sweet breakfast options.
Overall, great value, great stay.

Stayed here year after year to go snowboarding at Port Aine. Every year this hotel just gets better and better. The staff are so friendly, the quality and quantity of food is amazing for the price you pay. The rooms are perfect for what you require either alone e or with family. The river view is amazing. The brassaria is spot on moreover in the morning for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Brutal

Buen hotel sin muchas pretensiones para pasar una noche o pasar unos días. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Se aparca fácil y está al borde de la carretera. (Visitado en temporada de nieve)

Muy buen hotel, tiene todo lo que puedas pedir de un hotel de montaña. El desayuno esta muy bien y las carnes muy buenas!

Hotel bien situado, vistas al rio, parking en la calle pero justo delante hay sitios. Habitaciones limpias, algo pequeñas pero se está muy cómodo. Lavabo nuevo, con todo tipo de utensilios. La habitación también tenía aire frío, calefactor, plancha, televisión… todo para pasar una estancia agradable. El personal es amable. El desayuno muy bueno con bastante variedad, incluye embutidos de la zona 🤪. La verdad es que lo recomiendo si estáis en sort o de pasada.

Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio. Gracias a Laia en Recepción el día de la salida disfrutamos muchísimo más, con sus recomendaciones y sugerencias. Un saludo y seguro que regresamos!!

Después de leer algunos comentarios negativos estábamos un poco a la expectativa. Nos han sorprendido porque realmente el hotel está muy bien.
La habitación muy limpia, el desayuno genial (bollería de calidad, huevos y bacon recién hechos, buen café y hasta la leche de avena de marca cara). Incluso para los niños te dan unos paquetes con lápices de colores y dibujos para pintarlos.
