A great welcome from Frances on a cold wet day in January. The open fire being very welcoming (but could’ve been warmer) Home cooked food was delicious by wife Nadine. So much that we walked down through the lovely cliff top walk from the hotel the next day for lovely coffees.

Don’t miss this absolute gem of a restaurant. There is also a small very interesting boomerang exhibition upstairs. We will be back Frances.

Really enjoyed this place. Everything was delicious and the owners very attentive. I left very full after the Festa menu 😋 The vegan "cheeses" were incredibly tasty, and I loved my mushroom cannelloni. Well worth it, and we'll definitely visit again.

Fantastic place!

It was one of my favorite restaurants before covid, so I was a little hesitant coming back with new owners, but the place is even better than before!

The food is amazing, all home-made and as much as possible from their own garden. Delicious! The owners are so attentive and clearly proud of what they’re doing. I was so happily surprised and can’t wait to go back.

We’re not vegan but this restaurant was a great find! We enjoyed a wholesome, memorable and delicious meal, a charming welcome and a relaxing time in their sun-drenched patio. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and love into what they do.

Great little restaurant with fresh seasonal ingredients. The food was very good and it was a lot we were full after. The couple that runs the place is also very kind. Very happily surprised as I m a big meat lover usually.

Best vegan tapas we ever had. Everything was so delicious, especially the meatballs and for dessert you have to try the rolls.. so good!

Saw this place shortly before lunchtime when walking through the village and decided to give it a try! what a pleasant and fantastic choice! They only offered a set menu and I asked what was the quickest, as I was pressed for time, but I shouldn't have worried. All done and dusted in less than 45min. And very pleasant owner, and excellent chef (Jenny!).

The ambience is also very nice, with a shady garden. Drinks are not included in the set menu, but even at 25Euro the lunch was terrific, considering you more than an hour drive from anywhere remotely resembling a shop.

Do yourself (and the planet) a favour and eat meatfree. Its actually very yummy. The only suggestion I would have: please offer free tab water - the water is excellent in the region anyway, but perhaps not in Tavernet. And please add some harrisa spicy sauce to the Maroccan style dish, it could do with some spice!

Wish more countryside settings had such excellent places to stop and eat!

A magical place with awesome owners, great style and fantastic jazz. The vegan tapas are extremely tasty, the wine is delicious. Highly recommendable.

Everything in this restaurant was really great. The appetizers, main course and dessert were incredibly fresh. I can not remember ever eating so well. But not only the food was top class. Also the service and the ambience were impeccable. I can recommend anyone who is close to eat there. You will not regret it.

Absolutely incredible food, combinations to die for, fully worth the journey, restaurant surrounded by spectacular views and a service that is second to none, the wine selection is also amazing, I even took two bottles home with me 🤫

We had cocas and the almond cake... loved it! The service was excellent. She prepared the cocas to go although the place had already closed for the day. The place itself is super cosy, well preserved Catalan masía. There is a lovely backgarden where our dogs were welcomed. Highly recommend it! 🤗
