TourPoint Bike Rent (Torres de Serrano)

We chose this outlet due to the close proximity of Turia Park. Not being familiar with riding an e-scooter, we didn't want to wobbly traverse the streets of Valencia.

Not knowing what time we would arrive, we just turned-up at 4.45pm on Monday 24 April 2023 and booked two scooters for two hours, which was until the office close time of 7pm. There seemed to be plenty of other scooters and cycles available in the shop to hire at that time.

The booking process was easy with a form to complete and sign and then, either 50€ or official ID document had to be left as deposit. My TIE card was adequate for myself and my husband. The assistant spoke good English.

After brief instructions on how to operate the scooters, we had a great couple of hours touring up and down Turia Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely do this again :-)

Great rental, the prices were very good, we rented 2 bikes that were new and with a practical basket, easy to use. Max gave us an amazing customer experience, he was very friendly and kind, he went the extra mile with everything and he even gave us some much needed sunscreen. Recommended 100%!

Went with my two kids aged 14 and 11 and the guys went to the extra length in making sure the kids knew how to operate the scooters, helmets, etc. They also provided great recommendations for a safe and fun route through the river park.

These guys have 40 5⭐ ratings for a reason. Quick friendly service, unreal cheap prices, he even lent us his knapsack for my girlfriends bag wasn't scooter friendly.

They are across the street from a ramp into the river park. From there you can glide to the wonder of the science park etc.

Easily the best way to see these beautiful but long places in hot weather.

I am very happy with this bike rental/bike repair shop. When I have a problem with my scooter this is where I always go. I went last year to have the tires on my scooter changed since they were punctured, and had to go again yesterday because of another issue with the scooter. They were very friendly and the scooter was fixed very fast. If you have a bike or a scooter that needs repairing I can recommend this place.

Very lovely people, informative and patient. Explain everything thoroughly, will be using this service again when im in Valencia. Chris was really great to me, quality customer service :)

Had the best time renting e-bikes! We were able to go all over Valencia and it was so beautiful and picturesque! Very easy bike ride from their location through the park to the arts and sciences building and then to the rice fields for paella. Also Vee was so helpful! Spoke great English and had a great knowledge of the area! Thank you for the amazing service

This was such a cool experience. We saw beautiful Valencia in a very fun way and our guide E.V. was amazing, funny, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

June 26th. Chris was super helpful and explained everything swiftly and thoroughly. He spoke english really well which helped me out a lot.
The normal bike is perfect for the flat streets of valencia. The brakes worked well and the gears shifted smoothly.
