A peaceful and beautiful place to worship and gain some insights into the teachings of Islam Ahmadiya Community and the role of Caliph in Islam.
You can also get information about the community in various other languages and their country based centers. I am highly impressed by their welcoming and open minded nature.

A very beautiful mosque to represent the true Islam. Build and maintained by Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Spain.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days...such a peaceful place. We offered prayers in the morning, and then walked around the property in the early morning hours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with roses and fruit trees...absolutely beautiful. This mosque is only a half hour away from Cordoba. And if you visit Pedrro Abad and this mosque, you should also visit the grave of Missionary Ilahi Zafar sahib who is buried in the local cemetery, close to the mosque. He was the first missionary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Spain, who used to sell perfume on the streets of Spain to support himself. An honour to have visited and prayed at his grave.

Just 30 min outside of Cordoba, this mosque comes into view off the highway and looks stunning with the two Aqsa replica white minarets towering in the sky. The entire premise is very peaceful. There is a guesthouse in the back and I believe a dedicated place for the holy Caliph to stay when he visits. The backyard has some olive trees and pomegranate trees which have some delicious fruits. Hospitality was superb, despite us showing up unannounced in the middle of the night on our way to Valencia.

Mezquita Basharat. Foundation stone laid by Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad (3rd Caliph) on 09/10/1980. 1st Ahmadiyya mosque in Spain since the end of the 800 year Muslim era (711-1492 AD). Inaugurated on 10/09/1982 in Cordoba by Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (4th Caliph). Also the central headquarter of Jamat Ahmadiyya Spain. Cost: 24m peseta (€144k) with a capacity of 275 worshipers. Built in1982.
