It is a nice, big hotel. Good for business events as you have multiple conference rooms and plenty of space. It is also quite close to the subway and the Real stadium. I love that they provide shaving kit, as I often forget to bring mine - I wish more hotels do this by default. The only downside is that is quite old building.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, water pressure in shower was excellent. My room was facing the pool which I gather was a good thing since some of my colleagues who were facing the road found it was noisy at night with people who were out drinking.

Breakfast buffet was good, it would be good if it opened earlier.

The croquettes in the Pelican bar were the best I had on this trip and I made a point of ordering some in every restaurant I went to.

Location is the weakest point as it's not in the city center, but this could be a good thing if you were at the hotel for a conference and want a captive audience.

Can’t fault this hotel to be honest. Staying here right now. 14th floor, road side. Can open windows, which is a must for me. Air con is good and keeps the room at a decent 18 degree just how I like it. Fridge. Free water. Staff at reception were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. Food is restaurant/bar was great for lunch. Staff there was really friendly too. Really close to loads of bars and restaurants.
Just cannot fault it to be honest.

They pampered us from the moment we arrived till we left the hotel the staff was amazing they will do anything you ask for.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with everything you need. Staff are all very friendly from the cleaners to the reception staff. The gym was great with enough equipment to give you a workout.

Breakfast had a great choice of items to choose from. Into the city the underground is a 10 minute walk away.

Smooth Check in, great to store bags, rooms are beautiful, had a slight issue with the bath and it was resolved super quick and we were given compensation in the form of access to the LEVEL lounge for the duration of our stay. Top class, the guest entertainment manager Maria Aguilar 👏 bravo. You excelled yourself. I would highly recommend this hotel. Even though I look like a fish out of water in a 4 star hotel, I feel at home. Thankyou.

My company had our annual sales convention here the 3rd week of January. I decided to bring my entire family including our 4 year old and 9 year old along w their God sister 25 yo. We arrived rather early transferring from our air bnb. I told the front desk receptionist that we needed an upgrade since we have a total of 5 people to stay. She quickly researched where we can have an adjoining room that is accommodating for all of us. After a short tap on the computer and call into housekeeping, she was able to book us not only an adjoining room but a parent’s suite adjoining the room where the children would stay. Additionally, even though we arrived 4 hours before checkin time, the rooms were ready and quickly let us unpack and get settled in.

When the receptionists colleague saw we had small children, in between her busy checkin line of customers, she went out of her way to get balloons, coloring pads, and lollipops for the children while they waited in the lobby! 10 star service! We love it.

This place is obviously child friendly, a perfect business hotel, and literally right in the middle of great places to see in Madrid. Just a block from the metro and central bus stops, get yourself a Tourist Metro pass and have an unlimited pass to see all of Madrid for just $26 euro per person for a whole week. The food at the bar restaurant was just “ok”, but super convenient w room service available and plenty of alternative restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Absolutely a world class experience. The rooms, staff, and conference center facilities are the best I've experienced among my frequent travels.

This hotel looks like hotels in movies... ones celebrities and businessmen stay in. Everything, including the room, the lobby, the bar, and the gym, is hella luxurious. Most beautiful of all is the pool, where you don't even need to worry about getting a sunburn because it's surrounded by the hotel's walls on all 4 sides. There are great restaurants and places to visit in proximity to the hotel, but you feel little motivation to walk a single step outside of it.

Nice, clean hotel with great customer service. The buffet breakfast with omelette bar and outdoor seating was lovely. Room was very comfortable. This was my first experience with Melia hotels and I will return.

Very pleasant and very stylish. Staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me when I had a problem. rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Traveling with a family, we took a family room and got two separate rooms connected by a sliding door, which was very convenient. The hotel is located within a reasonable distance from the centre.

Even though staff were extremely nice to the kids and gave them balloons - there is not much in the hotel for children, partly because of Covid, but also because I feel like its a more business oriented hotel.

I stayed there while on a business trip for a night. Too pricey for me personally but a great location, I had a super huge bedroom and the Rituals cosmetics they have in the bathroom are amazing!

Nice hotel, clean, very comfortable mattress, and great breakfast. I had some issues with air-conditioning and they gave me another room.
