Trato muy amable, resolutivo y eficaz

Perdone usted Sra farmaeutica, pero mi desesperacion me lleva a escribir esta reseña.
Mi experiencia con ustedes hasta la fecha merecia un notable alto, pero en el dia de ayer fueron incapaces de darme una respuesta convincente, me dieron la misma, aunque en otros terminos, que en la farmacia Gomez y Ruiz. Puede usted leer la reseña.
Me duele tener que escribir en estos terminos, pero espero no lo considere como una critica negativa, al reves, sino como critica constructiva.
