Michelín quality dishes. Best fresh produce and treated with expertise and respect by the chef and the waiters. A great experience, we would recommend to anyone within 100km of Siguenza. The staff speak English if you need help. They kindly gave me a English menu without asking

Fabulous. Do Not miss El Doncel restaurant. We had the gastronomic menu, and it was delightful. I will never forget the Corzo course - perfection in a bowl. If I ever visit again this area, I will go out of my way to enjoy a meal here again.

An absolute gem - from the service which was professional yet friendly, to the food which was delicious and definitely deserving of awards, with none of the pretension you may expect. We shared starters and mains a la carte and not the degustation menu (only because I was not sure I could manage it, not through lack of will!) and every dish was extremely well presented, but above all tasted amazing. The trout tartare was a joint favourite but everything was excellent - ravioli, meatballs and lamb (much better described in the menu), and a delicate, not too heavy, desert. Great wine list and we went with their recommendation (not at all pricey) which worked very well. Very good value too. Overall, if you are in Sigüenza, just go!

This place deserves more than 5* here on Google and more than 1 Michelin *. Enrique Perez is the mastermind behind an outstandingly creative, surprising and extremely well curated menu. The service complements the culinary experience with great attention to detail

We dropped in for lunch after hiking all morning. We were sweaty and dirty and the staff still treated us like royalty. We ordered our entrees and the staff suggested that they could split the entrees up so we both could have a bit of each. We had a roast butternut squash soup with prawns and a plate of ravioli. Both were exquisite. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been lucky enough to eat in some of the best restaurants in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, China, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the USA, England, Japan, Italy, and Spain. There are a half-dozen that stand out in memory over forty years. El Doncel joins that elect few. They have more than earned their Michelin star. The presentation alone! I will add some pictures later, but the pictures do not do justice. As for the degustation itself, the flavours were unique, balanced, and exquisitely interesting. I have many allergies, and they carefully looked after me, but by the end I was simply eating, not caring a whit: it would have been worth it. It's worth the trip to Sigüenza all by itself.

Una experiencia gastronomica impresionante, menú degustación con producto de la zona tratado con mimo, combinación de sabores que hace de cada plato una delicia.
El servicio impecable de principio a fin por parte de todo el personal, éramos 11 personas entre adultos, adolescentes (una de ellas con una alergia alimentaria) y niños con lo que ello conlleva y nos han dado todas las facilidades desde la ubicación de la mesa y estar pendientes de las circunstancias de cada uno haciendo que absolutamente todos estemos cómodos y bien atendidos.
Te explican la elaboración de cada plato y como tratan el producto y se nota que les gusta lo que hacen y saben de lo que hablan , lo que le da un valor añadido al plato.
Gracias Enrique y Eduardo por hacernos pasar una magnífica velada. Volveremos.

Hemos tomado el menú Esencia y Sabor, exquisito, el tartar de trucha, el rable de conejo.... todo increíble, es según mercado así que cuando vayáis puede ser totalmente diferente. La armonía de vinos sorprendente. Volveremos
