An absolute jewel in the countryside. Everyone should eat at least once in their life eat at a Michelin star restaurant. And this is it. Service and an eye for detail is at the top of their list. It is rare to find a place that truly meets your expectations. Well done

An upscale hotel located in the countryside. Staff here are top notch, multi-lingual, helpful in every way. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and great for a longer stay. The location is away from the noise and bustle of a city. The quiet here allows the visitor to sleep perfectly. Again, staff are detail oriented and very capable. I liked that they provide a small card with scheduled dinner and spa reservations to make the stay flow smoothly and easily. Siguenza is a few minutes away. And then breakfast! Wow! Breakfast served by cheerful staff with all the favorites provided at a high level. All in all, a great stay here. Enjoy!

What a wonderful hotel and restaurant so close to Madrid. Beautifully well maintained old mill with such a cosy atmoshere. I highly recommend!

A charming place for a quiet weekend in the countryside. The friendly staff makes you feel comfortable from the first moment on. The house is a renovated mill, many hundred years old. The mechanism of the mill can still be put into function. Dinner in the restaurant is truely high class. During my stay a stargazing event was conducted, taking advantage of the dark night sky in this lonely region - a unique experience!

Second time this year we have stayed at the hotel as its rooms are large, clean and cosy. We had the michelin star taster menu both times, the menu changed for the 2nd visit. Both meals were exceptional. We will be back again and again.

1 star Michelin restaurant which deserves its star. Amazing food, creative and delicious. A great gastronomical experience for 75 euros per person. Just unbelievable!
I was at Arzac (A 3 stars Michelin restaurant) three weeks ago and honestly, the Molino de Alcuneza gave me a way better experience. The pictures have the wrong light but believe me the dishes were packed with flavours and the waiters were really good. The whole thing was truly unexpected...

Gorgeous rural hotel with extremely friendly staff / management. We loved the restaurant for dinner / breakfast and the very pet (dog) friendly nature of this hotel. We look forward to returning!

From the moment you arrive and until your departure you are made to feel so special. Be it the welcome, the restaurant or just sat by the pool everything was just perfect. We chose the Gastro Experience & ues it was as described.

Very nice place dinner was excellent, but Breakfast was a disappointment, the place is known for the bakery and bread ,but unfortunately we got the pastry, from a supermarket or something like it . Not what we expected ,

Probably the best meal I've ever had. Only shortcoming was the first desert dish in the tasting menu. Will be back.

Great place for to spend an anniversary. The spa was superb even with Covid restrictions and the food was divine.

Fui para aprovechar el descuento como empleada de otro Relais&Chateaux. El entorno es una maravilla y más en otoño, respeta el río que pasaba hace años dándole su lugar en el nuevo establecimiento que es a día de hoy.
El trato tanto en recepción, cena y desayuno fue de 10.
Me sentí genial, gracias!

Hicimos una escapada de una noche por mi cumpleaños con mi marido. Disfrutamos muchísimo. Super acogedor!! La atención de primera, todo el personal muy amable y atento. Todos los ambientes con detalles. La temperatura perfecta. La piscina se ve estupenda, pero fuimos en invierno.
Hay un arroyo en el jardín entre la casa y la piscina, el sonido da una sensación de relax muy agradable.
El desayuno espectacular todo artesano y local.
Las camas super cómodas. La ducha perfecta. Además los productos de higiene son de primera. Y en una nota dejan un listado de productos y electrodomésticos disponibles de hacer falta, como por ejemplo secador de pelo profesional, crema para afeitar entre otras)
Por ser mi cumpleaños nos dejaron un Cava de cortesía y de regalo una miel de flores local.

Además cenamos en el restaurante que ya dejare mi reseña allí, pero desde luego nivelaso!!

Al rededor hay Paz y campito. Salí a andar para sacar fotos al atardecer. Sin duda recomiendo una estancia aquí, ya sea en invierno o en verano para disfrutar de la piscina.
