An excellent hotel. Very comfortable and large room with a fabulous bathroom.

Great place to stay, great location next to burger King, Chinese restaurant and few minutes walk to Carrefour supermarket. Highly recommended

I stayed 11 nights and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed by Lierni, she was very helpful and patient with our questions about transport and services at the hotel and nearby. The room was clean and very convenient for 3 persons.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic and I was greeted at reception with a smile and professionalism. The room I stayed in was cleaned daily and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Another plus is the location of the hotel next to Carrefour, Burger King, a fast food restaurant and other commercial establishments, which made it easy for me to choose. I can say that the equivalent of the services and quality you get is many times greater than the price per night.

The place is a bit distance from the cities but it was well connected with buses. Easy access to San Sebastian by bus as an example.

Rooms are clean and simple. Bed shower air conditioning and breakfast.

Great option for those traveling through Europe. Near the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, nice room, free coffee. Overall, great value for money.

We had two suites - lovely, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The only point to improve would be to have a mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. We would have happily paid a small fee or a deposit to have those things in the room, particularly in the current COVID environment. The only other thing that would have been nice was for the reception to have some european travel plugs, which again, often requires a small fee or deposit which I would have been happy to pay. But apart from these small 'service' issues, the rooms were excellent.

10/10 We were looking for a place to stay one night, and with no previous reservation, we got attended and got our room in minutes. Rooms are nice, good for what you pay for, but the shower was like getting into the Apollo control panel. I had no idea what to do and it took me an hour to take a shower. Breakfast was great. Free water bottles in the room were nice (should be standard in every hotel) Good wifi. Not much else to say.... Recommended.

Fantastic room. Very comfortable and spacious. Reception service is excellent. Nice breakfast. Great Wifi. Local buses run regularly and can get you to/from San Sebastian in 25 minutes. The local town centre is a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

I had a great sleep, didn't wake once throughout the night, quiet for a bustling hotel!!
Rooms were clean, bright and airy.
You can change the mood lighting to various colours which was cool!!
There was a huge, bigger than king size bed and a duo shower.
Only slight drawback was that we had to drive around 3 times for a parking space!!

Very good value for the price. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Next to buffet restaurant, Burger King and Carrefour shopping center. Free parking outside, but possible to park safely in underground parking for 7 € a night

Honestly for the price, the fact that it accepts dogs, the staff are very kind and the beds are comfortable; it is a great place to stay.
Unfortunately, our showerhead was leaking and the wifi was extremely slow in (Room 102).
Still worth the stay, and everything was clean!

Very nice room, quiet, comfortable, clean, nice light fixtures and furniture, near to the motorway. Safe underground parking with lift that takes you directly to the floor of the room. Several restaurants (Chinese, stake house, burger king) in the vicinity and you get a discount by being a hotel patron. On the negative side it is approx. 15km from the S Sebastian beach and if you sit on the balcony or open windows you get a bit of the smell from the restaurants. The vistas are also not that great (e.g. parking lots) but it didn't bother us much cause we were out most of the day. The fridge doesn't have a real freezer section which is a pain if you need to make ice cubes or to keep ice packs, etc. Extra points for having free coffee at the restaurant at any time and for the bathroom having two showers so a family of 4 can have a reasonably fast throughput. We will stay again.

The hotel offers a direct connection to the expressway and is therefore very easy to reach. However, we didn't notice any traffic in our room (room to the back). In addition, there are two restaurants directly on the ground floor of the building (Burger King and a very good buffet restaurant with WOK and grill) with hotel discount (please ask at the reception if necessary).

The location is not directly favourable, but if you compare the hotel prices in the surrounding area it is a very good offer!

Only the smell of food from the restaurants outside was disturbing. We had a room on the first floor. Our balcony was directly above the ventilation of the restaurants. Accordingly, we have always used the air conditioning system to ventilate. However, I think that this can be put up with.

Another good thing to mention is breakfast, compared to other Spanish accommodations. The buffet was down-to-earth and the coffee machines are available free of charge all day long!

Next door there is also a Carrefour for shopping. Except for the location (which is also compensated by the lower price), I wonder what more do you need? The city centre of San Sebastian (Donostia) is about 15-20 minutes by car.

We had a very good stay. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, enough space at parking and rooms are clean and comfortable.

very lovely, clean, & modern hotel for such an inexpensive price. the room has an interesting "dial a mood" lighting that i'm enjoying! the reception attendant was very pleasant and helpful; she accommodated my request and answered all my many inquiries. directly next to the hotel is a bus stop that takes you to the center plaza of san sebastian/donostia and further to bilboa with a transfer to another bus at the bus center. also, conveniently, there's a burger king, carrefour, & petrol station all adjacent to the hotel. free parking is off street with a secured parking for an additional 7€/day.

Very nice modern hotel, clean and large room with xxl bed and design furnitures. Very quiet, isolation of the room was perfect. Mini fridge in the room with free small bottles of water. Air-conditionner, large shower. Free car park in front of the hotel without garantee. You should found a very nice wok Buffet restaurant just few meters of the hotel entrance. It's a real good choice to discover San Sebastian.

15 min by car to the city center. Nice hotel. Cozy rooms. My kids liked the led lightning to play with. Breakfast could be better, tastier. Value for money.

Although just a roadside stopover, this hotel felt very clean and well managed.
The underground parking was worth the extra charge and it's good to have a few eating options nearby.
