Had a great lobster rice dinner with a friend of mine. Can taste the freshness of the lobster meat. Absolutely recommendable

Great place for a good and tasty “Menu del día”. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel quite welcomed from the moment you’re there. But the star of this place is the food, so tasty, a combination of local and Spanish cuisine. The starter, entree and dessert plus bread and wine/water for 14€ is quite a deal but you can also order directly from their menu. A 100% recommended for anyone, whether you’re a solo traveler or a big group of friends.

Absolutely delicious! This is one of the restaurant where one can eat the whole fish with reasonable price ! The staffs are very friendly and the dining experience is wonderful ! We had a line-caught monkfish, it is amazing that It serves with the fish head which we don’t find easily in restaurants. Definitely one of the best choice especially when one gets lost in the touristic restaurant areas.

Nice 3 meals menu. It included a bottle of both wine and water. Great variety of traditional Basques dishes. Also the waiter was nice and kind. You can get a super meal but it can get crowded easily. You can also make a reservation but we were lucky enough to get a table at the moment.

Staff was very friendly and had lots of recommendations. For the quality of the food and service you're getting, the prices were absoluty decent.

The owner assigned us an English speaking waiter to assist us. The waiter did an excellent job, helping us select food and wine. Waiter provided a complimentary apertif to the table at the end of the meal.

All staff said goodbye as we left. Overall, incredible experience in a fantastic city.

WOW! We stumbled upon Gure Kabi and, what luck, it was amazing! Fresh dishes - both traditional and innovative - a nice wine list, and excellent service! The food was so good that we had to dine here two nights on a three-day trip just to try all the dishes. If you are a fan of foie, this is the place for you. If you are a fan of Basque cuisine, this is the place for you. Basically, if you are a fan of food . . . this is the place for you!

Wonderful food, with many traditional Spanish and Basque dishes, even on the Menu del dia. Reasonably priced, friendly service and popular with the locals.

When you travel, people talk about authentic passion for their food. For us, this evening, this placed delivered. Two adults and two young kids. No menu necessary, they served what they love to eat at home. I would never have ordered a squid in it own ink, but it was amazing. The kids loved the albondigas (meatballs), we had what they couldn't eat. Trust them and enjoy!!!!!!
