Lovely restaurant down a wee side street off the beaten track. Charming welcome and friendly staff. Nice relaxing vibe, comfortable seating and tables well spaced out, Food was delicious as was wine. Highly recommend, booking advised.

Little gem of a tapas / Gastrobar with a twist in a quiet area just out of the main City centre.
Tried going the evening before but was full.
Busy at lunch but not disappointed with the food. Prepared to order and good portions.
Had a mixture of Tapas and Racions washed down with a beer and house wine.
Decor is quirky but very pleasant. Pictures on the walls could be bought.
Definitely will come again.

A fantastic lunch on our final day in Málaga. All three courses were delicious and the service was excellent. If you want paella in Málaga then this is the place to get it

Best place to eat in Malaga! We loved the food, the service was really good and the atmosphere was nice. They let us in without a reservation. The octopus and the smoked pork were just so unique and tasty. Unfortunately it was our last day in Malaga. Definitely will come back in the future!

We ordered:
chuleton (dried aged beef) - really tasty!
Seafood paella - really good
Tarta de queso (cheesecake) - also very good

We came here twice last year and really enjoyed it. So glad we managed to get a table on our first night back in Malaga and so pleased it was just as good as we remembered.
From arriving to leaving the staff at this family run restaurant look after you so well and make you feel very welcome. We had Lobster paella and it was amazing! They really know how to do good paella here and have a great choice of varieties, all made freshly for you.
Excellent choice of wine too and all very reasonable prices.
Saw lots of other delicious food go past so have booked again to try some other dishes. Looking forward to coming back next week! 😀

What an amazing place for dinner! Food is incredible and staff is really super friendly!
Please give this place a try, cause you won’t regret it! We had the carpaccio and oxtail croquettes as starter and just trust me when I say these are the best croquettes is Spain! We travelled from north to south and tasted a lot of them and these are my absolute favorite. As a main course we had the ribs and beef cheeks and these were incredible as well! We had all the dishes to share so you can taste a lot of different things! To everyone reading this; don’t hesitate and just go here!

The food here was fantastic. We had the tuna tartare on the waiter’s recommendation- not something we’d normally order but it was delicious. The croquettes and the pork rib could not be faulted - meat was tender, juicy and flavourful. Loved the decor - great to showcase multiple artists’ work.

Very good experience. Place is quiet. The food was tasty and good looking, it had that touch that made the differences between a regular dish and the ones served here. We had a reservation and let us to choose whether stay inside or outside.
The personal was caring, tho I speak Spanish they also know English :)

Great local cuisine, a hidden gem not far away from city center. Must have is the tuna avocado tartar and the famous oxtail croquetas. Steak and cod were perfect as well. Table booking via google my business worked just perfect. Booking is recommended especially at the weekend.

The best food experiences in Malaga. We ate their ox tail crocquets, paella with lobster and cheesecake. Everything was to die for and we paird everthing with their house sangria. The staff is super nice and I recommend that you make a reservation because this place is very popular.

We ordered first type of paella - with sea food and shrimps. It was absolutely delicious! Rice with all the flavors and well cooked, sea food fresh and the shrimps big and tasty. The restaurant is located in rather calm area, have a lot a tables inside and couple of them inside. The staff very friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay in Malaga longer to taste more from the menu. With all my heart - recommended!

Fantastic food. Beetroot soup, Paella and cod tempura were unbelievably delicious.

Delicious all around, fresh fish cooked to perfection. Loved every plate - tomato salad, cod, beef cheek and ribs. Kudos to the chef!

Had a really amazing experience here. Food was great. Service was prompt. Oxtail croquettes are a must. Goat cheese queso was really tasty. Seafood paella was as expected - great!

Buenavista, a perfect malagan experience. This was at the top of our list of restaurants there and we didn't really think this was the place to go, I must say...we were wrong!

The gastrobar, dated to be a family run business, traditional with beautiful interiors and art display exceeded our expectations! Menu is very diverse, plenty of options and would definitely recommend this place tucked away in a little alley away from tourists and the crowd.

The food was superb! Fresh, well seasoned and flavored with everything you could imagine. I recommend the tuna tartar, paella (any of them), tomato eggplant cheese salad and the cod bites!

The service was impeccable! Diego and the rest were all absolutely amazing. VISIT THIS PLACE!

The food was very delicious. We really liked black paelia. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Cozy local unique place.
