By far this was my best meal in Spain. To hell with Michelin guides, come here if you want to understand olive oil and Spanish cuisine. And yes, I travelled through the provinces in the course of lunch.

Probably the best restaurant in Ubeda. In the restaurant you have similar prices to other restaurants in Ubeda, but que quiality here is always too high. In addition. they also renew the menu very often.

Probamos el menú degustación y estaba exquisito. El lugar es precioso, ambientado en un vagón de tren antiguo. El personal es muy profesional, te explican cada plato, son atentos. Quedamos encantados. Volveremos a visitar este magnífico lugar.
