Amazing stay, very pleasant neighbourhood with lots of small shops atound- yet what is very special about the hotel is the impeccable service from the very first moment! Kudos to Maria for her outstanding customer centricity, resourcefulness, professionalism all with a smile ! Such experience provides the guest with an unmatched feeling of satisfaction and value that goes above all! The breakfast was very tasty with a nice variety, rooms are spacious and very convenient! Simply a great place to be when in gorgeous madrid!

The staff was very nice to us, and we were pleased with the room. Our one issue was that we had to keep our shoes on in the room; we believe it was wax what was staining our feet, though aren't sure. We ate breakfast there for both mornings, which was a buffet, and has lunch there one day. What I liked most was how eco-conscience the hotel was, both in the general building, and in our room (signs about saving water and food waste, lights that turned off on their own, etc.).

Everything is great, except too thin walls. I listened kids till 2am

As far as 4 star hotels go, this is one of the best I've been to in recent memory. Service, rooms, breakfast and location were great. The only complain I had was the set up for the bathrooms. If see through doors are your thing then this shouldn't be an issue.

I stayed here with my family between 9th and 17th August, having previously stayed here for our honeymoon in 2015. The hotel was very clean and of a very good standard of repair. The level of service from all staff was fantastic and made the stay easy and friendly. Can't wait to come back.

A hotel in a nice area of Madrid, very quiet and very close to the metro entrance. For me it is the perfect solution! I appreciated so much, the general cleanliness and the beauty of the room. Very kind and professional cleaning staff.

Lovely breakfast, great locations and spacious rooms. Housekeeping was efficient and the lobby gave good Madrid recommendations. I got it on a online deal, only negative was TV only had Spanish channels and it was not "smart".

Friendly staff. Nice room. Big variety at the breakfast. Also products lactose free or gluten free. I appreciate that. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the most of the staff did not speak good English. Also the coffee is very basic.

Entrance/Reception:
Excellent clean condition and very friendly staff. The receptionist/concierge, Bélén, was very helpful and courteous. She provided maps and tips on how to get around the city. An added bonus, the bar has a big four screen TV which shows the football!

Room:
Complimentary beers were provided in the fridge for the first night as a welcome. There is a large, walk in wardrobe which features a digital safe that is easy to use. The layout is like a small apartment with a living area and TV. The view overlooks the high street.

Breakfast:
There is a wide range of food and drink available. There is a good amount of options for a vegan which was a welcome surprise. Soya Milk, bread, fruit etc.

Great beds including size, pillows, mattress. A/C works perfectly ,cooling great and very silent. These two things are most important for me, so I can ignore missing of glasses, unchanged some of 3 towels etc.

We had a lovely stay. The room was beautiful. The staff are friendly and professional. Belen from reception was lovely and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious and the hotel looks excellent.

We had a great experience with our stay. We called to see if we could have a double bed instead of two smaller ones and they upgraded us to a suite! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was also a great price for the quality of the hotel.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing and has a great selection of food. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is near a metro stop that can take you to the center in just a few minutes. It is also near a bus that can take you through nice streets to the center.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in traveling internationally. I honestly was so surprised with how large the room was! Very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is also in a great spot in Madrid with access to several restaurants and a quick walk to the metro line.

Easily one of the best hotels near the center of Madrid. A metro station about four minutes on foot. Nice, clean and spacious rooms and a wonderful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast for a really cheap price. Everyone from the front desk, the restaurant and the cleaning staff was really nice and friendly. 100% recommended hotel.

I was really surprised with the hotel. Not only very close to "Alfonso XIII" Metro station, many small cafeterias, restaurants, shopping stores and bus stops near by. Even a church!

But what was most important to us, the hotel culture. Up to 40% of employees have some sort of disability. The walls, surrounded by positive messages.

Two different stays: a 3 bed room and another with a 9 and 7 year old. Both, very confortable.

Francisco and Mauricio during breakfast, outstanding service! BTW, for $14 Eur, it"s OK if you are in a hurry. Try instead the cafeterias near by.
