Hotel NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares

We stayed at Hotel NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares May 9-12. The room was comfortable and service was fantastic. The food at the buffet was excellent, as was that at the in-hotel restaurant. It was reasonably priced as well, and the waiters/waitresses were very helpful in assisting our choices with designating vegetarian options. Their English was very good. They were also very sweet in allowing me to practice my Spanish with short conversations. The rooms were beautiful with lots of natural light as well as good electric lighting and plentiful mirrors.

The only cons were not things that could be changed, such as the distance to city center, shower only without bath, and the apparent traditional lack of washcloths, which weren't provided in any of the 4 different hotels where we stayed in Spain.

I have really enjoyed staying at NH Ribera, which is located in a quiet neighborhood right in front of the lake. It has everything such as a gym, swimming pool and a huge terrace. A room is also spacious.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful for whatever I have needed.

I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid for work

Very nice hotel. There is parking 🅿 around the hotel ( parkings are free during weekends and Halloween 🎃days ) clean parking 🅿 at the hotel garage cost 21 Euro per day. Quiet located hotel. Just for car drivers need more focus when you drive through tunnels to follow strictly road exits names to arrive the hotel easily as the tunnel has many exits 😇😀. The atmosphere is amazing many tourists there the receptionist very supportive and kindly people thank you all

Our four-night stay at NH hotel during New Year's Eve was nothing short of exceptional! From the warm hospitality of receiving 'las doce uvas' on the 31st, in line with the cherished Spanish tradition, to the delightful treats provided, every detail was thoughtful. The super comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The atmosphere exuded warmth and comfort, creating a welcoming and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a memorable and cozy experience in Madrid.

We arrived 5 and a half hours early after our flight from Boston. They let us check in early for an extra 35 euros, which we both thought was great and well worth it. They have onsite parking for an extra fee. It's very narrow and tight, but still it was great to have it right there. Not too long of a walk from city center. There's a bike/walking path along the water across the street. The a/c didn't work, which we came across quite a bit on this vacation in different hotels throughout the country. Maybe it's controlled from outside of the rooms outside of the summer months? Not sure, but it got quite hot in the room, so we opened the window. It was very loud outside, throughout the night, with the window open, so we didn't sleep as well as we would've liked to. No stars taken off for that though since the check in process more than made up for it.

Good hotel for business travel with good breakfast buffet selection and friendly staff. Room was clean.

Check in smooth, requested a kettle and extra pillow, which was brought to our room immediately. Room itself was spacious very clean and dust free! Bed was lovely and comfortable. Minor things, the shower fittings were slightly loose, window didn't open and a word of warning...the mini bar is chargeable and they don't mention this anywhere!! Apart from that great stay, staff very lovely, deserts in the restaurant are to die for and very close to the city centre. Will definitely stay again, if we visit Madrid again.

Very nice Hotel in Madrid area. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a little incident and they helped full on and they did what was in their options.

We had the junior suite so extra spacious.
We were there while the pool was closed (that was mentioned already while booking). The restaurant in the morning is good but order your coffee (cappuccino) at the bar.
The wifi is free but not very fast. You can order fast wifi (€10/24hr).
The elevator (3x) is perfect and for parking there is a parking space below the hotel. Parking on the street is paid possible.
What I love from NH hotels are the firm and good beds. Not soft like the US beds.
The ‘view’ we have is on another building but ok-ish. If you choose normal rooms you can choose river-view.
You can reach this hotel by public transportation (bus), car or taxi.
The dinner restaurant (with terrace) is a must try. And worthy of another 5 star review. You can look it up with another name.

Having stayed in Portugal and Spain over the last month we’ve had everything from poor to high quality stays. A soft comfortable mattress has been an issue in all but one of our stays, and NH is no exception. However, NH was excellent and we appreciated the service we received. Beautiful views from our top floor room.

Nice hotel, strategic position, 3 km far from the city center, helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast that was served until noon.
Room was tidy, clean, big bed. Prices under the average. I recommend the hotel and I hope to be back soon!

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is a plus on hot days.

Location is a bit out of the way and the river isn’t much to look at, but can’t complain about anything else. Nice big beds with comfortable rooms

Hotel is new and very well equipped. Spotless, incredibly comfy beds, a small fridge in the room. The gym is small but machines and equipment are very modern (they even have rope and pilates balls!) The pool is also small but clean, fresh and towels are amazing. Breakfast was an 'assisted buffet' where you asked for everything to avoid touching around; lot of choices, even cooked ones made at the moment for you, like omelette, eggs and bacon, and very good bakery. Staff was always friendly and helpful, good advises. The area is quiet and peaceful (although we were there in August, not sure if it's always like that, but surroundings are only offices and the river). I'd love to come back.

This hotel is one of the best which deserves a 5 start rating. When you arrive and see the front of the building the architecture is complex and amazing. As well their logo is unique. Then once you pass and check in the people are so nice and welcoming and are willing to do anything to help you. Then the directions of the hotel are so easy you will never get lost in the hotel. Another thing the rooms. The room are completely amazing. They are very spacious, have really nice lighting, very comfortable bed, nice and clean bathrooms, and they have an amazing view of the area. Also this hotel includes a restaurant. The restaurant is very professional, clean, nice, and just all in all amazing. Also the food that the restaurant serves is amazingly delicious. I 100 percent recommend you coming here.

Great service and clean rooms. It's also a twenty to thirty minutes walk to the palace.

While the location was not ideal (I prefer being closer to the city central), the rooms, service, restaurant and breakfast was outstanding. If you like to go for a jog in the morning, it’s a perfect location. The air is crisp and clean, and the path is lined by trees and a river.

The location is near the center, but in a quiet area. It's near the river with the views to the residential districts, but conveniently walkable to the main sightseeing places in downtown.

Great hotel! The beds are really comfortable, the stuff is super friendly and we loved the location which was quiet and a 30 minute walk to the city centre was perfect for us. There was a problem with the shower and after we told the stuff they immediately fixed it! Would go here again

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, never ate that good in Europe. There is even place for children with baby food. Cosmetics in the bathroom, wifi working great even for watching videos. Air condition is quiet and moderate. I definitely recommend a stay.
