One of the best vegetarian restaurants I’ve ever been to! Great drinks and amazing food! Staff is friendly and speaks food English!

Cozy spot with great vegetarian food and surprisingly good cocktails. The noodles are to die for! Definitely one of the best vegetarian dishes in Madrid.

Walk into a vegetarian dream!
The decor of this place is absolutely amazing, the soft music playing blends perfectly into the colours, mirrors and fairy lights.
Start with a cocktail: the list is not huge (a massive green flag!) and very well balanced and personalised. I got the Zíngara fashioned and it was amazing!
You will be offered bread and hummus: DO NOT SAY NO! The hummus is incredible.
We then ordered Muhammara -which is not quite traditional but it’s very good. Don’t expect a Damascus street muhammara, but you will be mind blown.
Second I got the lentil stew. Now: erase from your mind what your mum used to make. This is some next level delicious mix of lentils, pears and coconut cream.
My partner got the aubergine milanese and my oh my, it was better than my grandmas (who makes it with veal though…)
Overall a spectacular experience, will definitely be back!
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible but it’s a bit crammed so maybe worth informing them in advance.

We went there for some cocktails and would definitely be coming back to try the food. Great cocktails, very friendly bartender, nice ambiance - everything was superb. Loved it!

John was exceptional! He knew the menu by heart and after a friendly conversation he made us drink that we’re not on the menu and they were delicious! This guy is a face of the place and he should get paid for it!

Super interesting restaurant! Food that you have never eaten again! Nice to go with your date. Keep in mind that prices are above the average.

My favourite find in the city. Bartender John William is a star of its own. Love the ambience and even though I’m not a vegetarian, the food is delicious. Don’t skip a dessert and try cremoso de aguacate !

What a great experience, very very nice staff, spectacular cocktails and food!

Spectacular! Walk into a simple but sumptuous dining room, draped with fabrics around and lights on the ceiling that hang to give the impression of a gypsy tent (hence the name of the restaurant). The bar is very good--inventive and well balanced cocktails are easy to appreciate, and the list of mocktails is as long (and as good) as the cocktails. Food was innovative and did amazing things with all vegetarian ingredients. Too often vegetarian restaurants at this culinary level are completely vegan, but the use of real cheese in some dishes here makes them sing.
Seaweed fritters somehow taste like fish and chips. Corn ribs were everyone's favorite--you eat the kernels off of the "ribs" of cob and the flavor was great. Flan with dulce de leche was perfectly executed.
Service is attentive and non-judgmental. It's not inexpensive--you'll probably spend around €50/pp if you order a drink--but very good value compared with other (non-vegetarian) fine dining.

My daughter and I went there twice in one week. Both times the food and service were impeccable! The bartender, John, is well spoken, well versed and an amazing mixologist. The waitstaff didn't miss a beat, without making us feel like we were waiting too long or being rushed. Flavorful vegetarian options, and I'm not even close to being a vegetarian. Our bill reflected 5 drinks (3 specialty cocktails and 2 glasses of wine), an appetizer and two main courses. €123. We thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and will definitely be back!

Super delicious vegetarian food. Well prepared and innovative. Staff is very helpful on finding the right choice for everybody. The dedication and whole atmosphere is stunning.
