Barceló Torre de Madrid

What a wonderful property! The location is fantastic and close to many of the landmarks you want to see. There is a subway station directly out the front door for convenient access to the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wonderful selection of food. But, by far the best part of our stay was the staff. Sonia was magnificent. She greeted us upon arrival and offered to make dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant that was directly across from the palace. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Visited Spain for our daughter’s 24th birthday. We had a good fortune of staying at this location while in Madrid.
Beautifully decorated and conveniently situated in the heart of it all.
The staff did a fantastic job and providing her with loads of birthday treats.
While champagne and cakes awaited us when we arrived.
The best times were the late nights on the veranda listening to music and having a few drinks.

I’ve just gotten back from my 4 day stay at Barceló Torre de Madrid and had a great experience with this hotel.
Firstly, the location was convenient as it was easy to get around the city. I’d like to thank Mr Ahmed, the receptionist, who treated us with the utmost respect and helpfulness. He provided us with daily itinerary’s for my daughter and I, from restaurants to shopping centers and museums. With his effort we were able to see what Madrid had to offer.
As well as, Patricia, the lady who greeted us every morning with a pretty smile that lit up our day.
I will not forget how pleasant the egg chef who served us with such delightful eggs each morning and a great spirit doing so!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel for your next stay!

the hotel is the best in all of Madrid. It is very very central. You can reach the city on foot within a few minutes.

The room service was simply top. The room was very clean. Many thanks to the service team for cleaning up!

This is a gem in the heart of Madrid that I’m so glad we came across. From the service, to the decor, to the helpful staff — they are well deserving of their 5 star reputation

I want to give a shout out to Lucia! When we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She also asked if we were interested in upgrading our room and assured me that with what she saw available, that i would love it and I sure did!

She also recommended some places we should visit based on our interests and made it known if we needed anything at all, just to let her know.

Obviously drinks are expensive but it’s. A hotel and they were divine.

Also got the best sleep I had since being in Spain for the last two weeks 😆 I could LIVE in the beautiful shower!

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff, service and location were to the utmost satisfaction. Our room looked onto the Gran Via. The interior of the room was so comfortable, and sparkling clean. Every single staff member was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. The breakfast was delicious. I have never seen so many selections in a hotel restaurant/ buffet. So glad we were able to stay here during our short time in Madrid. Wish it could have been longer. 🇪🇸

The location was perfect. Only few steps away from the subway. Then when you arrive at the second floor reception area, it is just so quiet and peaceful. You can easily forget that you are in the center of Madrid. Hotel interior is beautiful with full of unique furniture, wall decor and lighting. Staff were very friendly and warm. Our room was very clean and spacious with large windows on two sides of the room( we stayed at the corner room). Bathroom is pretty big and clean. And the VIEW! Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. Breakfast was great. No noise from other rooms or hallway-we had the worst experience in Barcelona right before staying here so it was huge plus for us. I would definitely stay here next time.

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff and excellent customer service. Clean rooms and well maintained. Housekeeping kept everything stocked and clean. The restaurant is really good as well as the breakfast buffet

We loved our stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid! Location is great right next to Plaza España, La Gran via, the metro, walking distance to great food and shopping. Close to all major attractions and in a great location to catch a taxi as well.
The staff was amazing they made our stay even better. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. Our room on the 8th floor had an amazing view!

Location was amazing, it was very convenient with a metro station entrance steps away and downtown down the block! service was immaculate and all staff at this hotel was a pleasure be around. hospitality was 100% and we will come back again when we have the chance. Also the bathroom was huge.

Location was right in Gran Vía next to Plaza España metro station. Food and shopping district. Short walk to templo de debod for amazing sunset views.

If you want Luxury, this is it, from entering you are treated incredibly well. Location cannot get more central
And this is the first time I can actually say the 5 stars is most definitely warranted.

Rooms have what you need however they are in the small side which is expected in Europe. The location of this hotel is great for restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies and historic site seeing.

Check out the Garra Bar at the hotel lobby. Andrei the bartender was welcoming but not overbearing, efficient and delicate. Exactly what one needs after a 2-day trip. The jamon and bread with crushed tomato were super tasty. Complemented with chilled cava, this was a perfect late night snack.

Wonderful stay at Barceló Torre de Madrid. They gave us a free upgrade to our room. The room was spacious, spotless, had a large bed, and had a huge bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The room was super quiet: couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or from adjacent rooms. We made use of the top floor pool and sauna which were both very nice and well maintained. The location adjacent to Plaza de España was perfect. We will definitely return the next time we're in Madrid! Highly recommend!
