I was shown two properties by Estefania who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I felt very reassured and comfortable with her knowledge of the town. Estefania took the time to hear my story about why I am buying a property in Spain and I received a wonderful tour of the immediate area and properties. I never felt rushed at any point and all questions I had were answered confidently. She even helped me with sightseeing information and directions so I could get to know the town during my visit.

I received a highly informative printed pack with all the basic information I might need to know about the Spanish system for buying a property and about the local area including places to eat, activities, public transport etc in addition to local landmarks and areas of special interest in Blanca.

Alvaro, Tracy and the team helped us through the tricky process of buying, developing and eventually selling our house in Blanca. We have now moved down to the coast but often return to visit this beautiful part of Spain. We had a very good experience with Casas de Espana and also bought a house from them. Estefania always answered all our questions very quickly. The whole buying process was flawless. With other estate agents we had to wait a long time for answers or there was no answer. Many estate agents also wanted to sell a house quickly without much effort. I knew that I wanted to start a new life in Spain with inheritance from my great aunt, I knew what type of property I wanted to buy and it was to be in a Spanish community, but had no idea where to start... then i found Real Homes In Real Spain, and my dream forever home. I contacted them and Marina looked after me with all my questions as I could not view until July and it was April. Once I arrived, Tracey, Alvaro and Marina took great care of me and were a tremendous support for such a massive life changing decision for me. They drove me to a view point to take in the views of the beautiful lagoon and river in Blanca - before showing me 3 properties I had shortlisted (although I knew where my heart was just from the photos of my dream home) and in total spent 3 hours with me. On my 2nd viewing two days later with my Mum, Aunt and Uncle, I made an offer which was accepted!!
Tracey, Alvaro and Marina supported me through the whole process of purchasing my property and helping me set up a Spanish bank account. Their after care service has also been exceptional with Marina answering many questions and helping me with builders to mend the chimney and roof, plumber to move and plumb in the washing machine and satellite tv man to put up my dish. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and Tracey has actually made me feel like part of their family which i really appreciate and value.
