Café Madrigal

We enjoyed some delicious food twice at this lovely Cafeteria during our stay in Valencia. I highly recommend the Quiche and the Tortillas. Also; don’t miss out on the delicious cakes! Everything is vegan 🌱 Friendly staff and a nice cozy place.

I visited this charming restaurant one evening to relax after a long walk. Despite its small size, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The waiter was friendly and helpful, providing excellent suggestions on what I could try (as I did not know the dishes).

The food surpassed my expectations; it was so delightful that, despite already having a starter and a main dish, I couldn't resist indulging in a dessert. Every dish was delicious, and I really recommend this place. Great place, people and delectable cuisine.

Lovely place in every aspect. Great vegan food with many healthy options, fantastic service, friendly staff. I also enjoyed the outside sitting. No nonesense, just top notch cafe. Thank you guys!

It's a really relaxing experience to go to an all vegan restaurant. The food is more than decent, it's nothing out of this world, but it's good and there are some really healthy options as well, like curry and chilli. Also a variety of desserts, including vegan croissant!

We went here several times during our stay in Valencia. Loved that everything is vegan and it was right around the corner of our hotel. There was always available seating outside on the terrace. I can’t recommend Cafe Madrigal enough! Many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They’re open all day, every day. Service was good, really nice people and fast as well. And very affordable compared to other places for what you get. Definitely try the tortilla, curry and German potato salad!

I enjoyed my food here, restaurant is small but has outside seating. It was quiet when I visited so service was quick.

Fantastic all vegan cafe. Both the tortilla and quiche were amazing! Desserts are fantastic too with lots of variety. Kind helpful staff, really good in advising about allergens. The homemade lemonade was a highlight!

The staff was kind and patient and made an effort to let me get through the order with my broken Spanish rather than giving up and switching to English right away. Every single dish we tried was tasty and plentiful - especially their aioli that came with the tortilla and their vegan pâte!

Can highly recommend this for vegetarian or vegan tapas as well as their croissants and various cakes and bakes!

I ate an early dinner at Cafe Madrigal and it was lovely. It has very inviting and friendly atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food very tasty!

We found this on our first day in Valencia. Great vegan food! Nice staff. I had the German potato salad. My spouse order the quiche. We were both very impressed. Fair prices. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing, vibrant food in a quiet part of the city. We had the potato salad, quiche, avocado and rice salad bowl, the chocolate cake and the cheesecake with red berries. Everything was delicious and the server was very kind.

This is probably my favorite restaurant/cafe in Valencia. The employees are incredibly kind. The food is AMAZING, so fresh, so filling, so flavorful. I love the shawarma bowl, the potato salad is so good— there is nothing bad on the menu. And they make iced lattes with enough ice (unlike most cafes in the area)!!!

Incredible. Best price/food quality out there. The food was so tasty and the price for the menu was just wow. The portions are not too big, but that’s okay! The tortilla blew my mind- incredible how they can make that vegan :) the cheesecake was not my favourite but good, I’d choose another desert next time :) absolutely cannot recommend this place enough

I love fully flavored food in particular when the flavors are balanced and in support of each other. That said, the red curry with chickpeas and pumpkin was outstanding. In fact everything was delicious. The vegan quiche had me puzzled but the egg substitute was spot on and the smoked tofu packed every bite with flavor while the crunchy acidity of the side salad added texture and freshness. The lentil hamburger came without buns, tasty cashew veganese, a bit of veggies and a hint of side salad, which demoted the burger to a low calorie snack. An apple tart with whipped vegan cream had to add the missing calories to make the burger a meal. The fast, English-speaking service is an additional plus. Make reservations.

Usually vegan restaraunts get good marks for just being vegan, irrespective of food quality. But this one actually has tasty food

Amazing food. Just delicious. Staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is super nice and the food...omg amazing. Especially the cake, to die for. Definitely come here, when in Valencia.

Really like this vegan cafe, the food is very good especially the red chick pea curry. 0prices fair and portions are good. The staff are pleasant and the cafe itself is cute. The menu doesn’t change often which is why I only gave it four stars for food.
