Camping Playa del Regatón

Five stars for everything at this camping! Peaceful, quiet and clean. Perfectly organized. Large, fantastic showers with shelves, a bench and hooks.
A couple of steps from the gorgeous beach. Highly recommended!

Campsite is lovely. Incredible views. Staff are very nice. Right beside the water (a baby) which has some bits of sand for kids to play. You can go for a nice walk by the water too. Dog friendly. Clean toilets and showers. Would come again!

What a gem of a campsite! Friendly welcome at reception, great sized pitches which come with water and a sink! Some of the best showers I’ve ever used at a campsite!! Location wise straight into the estuary for swimming and paddle boarding, super dog friendly!! Would visit again anytime!!

Good location as a base for some cycling for three days. Plots are fairly small, but we coped Ok in our 7m Motorhome. Super clean showers and toilets, and a sink for each plot! Hot water and a draining board for washing up at the main block and really hot water for hand clothes washing. Some plots even had a sea view. The beach is literally just outside the gate of the campsite.

This is an outstanding campsite. Visited in car with tent. Pitch was on lovely level grass with adequate shade. Washrooms are pristine. Location was perfect for us considering Laredo is a long stretch of a place. Lady who checked us in was very friendly

Great showers, good hot water for pot wash and clothes washing.
Bike is preferred to reach main resort beach. All staff were doing a great job well done and thanks.

Excellent Campsite, a warm welcome from staff at reception, pitches well cared for, in fact, the whole Campsite is very well maintained. Fabulous showers great water pressure and plenty of hot water, the sanitary block is kept spotless. Onsite shop is well stocked, lovely fresh baguettes and croissants every morning. Onsite Bar/Restaurant food is good staff are lovely.

Very beautiful site right next to the estuary. Very close to 3/4 of beautiful beaches. Plenty of bars and restaurants and a mixed community of holiday makers from various parts of Europe. Nice location for Bilbao airport & Santander port. Great atmosphere on the site with great amenities.

Perfect campsite managed by an enthusiastic team. What a difference with other sites run by uninterested youngsters.
Very dog friendly, they even have a dog wash which comes in handy if the dog was playing in the river. Dogs can run on the river beaches and from the campsite you enjoy daily a beautiful sunset.

An attractive campsite close to the beach. Quiet, dog and family friendly. The shower and washroom facilities are the best I've ever come across.

Great campsite, owners are very nice and helpful. There's a shop where they sell some food, drinks etc. Toilets and showers are super clean and good looking.

Impeccably-run campsite with lovely views over Laredo’s sea estuary, accessed through a door at the site. Just an easy 15-min walk from a vast, sandy, family-friendly beach, or a short cycle ride, it has flat, tree-lined sites, super-helpful staff, really clean bathrooms and a waterside bar and café. Ideally, it is quiet at night but with a locals’ atmosphere in the café and bar. Highly recommended.

This is a great site with good access to beach (directly outside the site for the estuary and a short walk for the sea) and feels quiet even though its not far from the town. The toilets and showers are well maintained and are kept spotlessly clean and hot water is plentiful. The small site shop is OK, with cheaper supermarket and other shop options near by. The staff are freindly and the cost is reasonable when compared with nearby sites. The level grass/sand pitches are a good size and are shaded by a canopy of manicured mature trees. Each pitch also benifits from its own water supply and sink. Overall this is a lovely site in easy reach of Santender and would be a good base for either a short stay or the whole holiday.

We were travelling by bike and stayed for a few days on the camping playa Regaton because our bikes broke down. The lady at the reception was an enormous help, she called mechanics and bike shops for us and did her best translating for us and helping us out. Thank you very much for that!!!
Besides, the sanitary facilities are very clean and comfortable (nice atmosphere, a lot of light and space, sufficient toilet paper and soap). The camp spots are also very nice and have a lot of shadow. For this amount of service the price is more than fair (17€ for two persons with a tent per night).

Beautiful camp with lots of trees and fanatistic showers. Very clean. A little bit far from the town.

Nice camping site, water to clean the dishes on every single spot. It's even drinking water. Quite cheap, I think around 25€ for 2 persons with 2 small tents. Nice sanitary rooms. Good shop (supermarket) on site with a good choice of all neccessary things.

Very nice campsite next to the beach, very clean toilets/showers and friendly helpful staff, would use again.

Love this campsite, so many good points:
-lovely, friendly and welcoming staff
-modern and very clean toilets and showers
-fantastic tree canopies that shade the good size pitches
- sinks on each pitch
- right on a stunning estuary with beautiful sunsets

I could go on and on, highly recommend and will definitely be back next summer
