Very attentive, knowledgeable and careful staff at Mammoth Bikes Seville, especially Eduardo who assisted me with ordering and packing my Orbea for shipment overseas.

These guys take the time to really listen to the customer and work through all the details including tourist tax refunds, invoicing and packing details. My bike arrived so nicely wrapped, padded and boxed, all I had to do was to attach the handlebars. They eyeballed and double-checked everything before it was packed and sent.

Definitely 5-star service. If you're from overseas, look for Eduardo who speaks English and keeps you constantly updated on your shipment!

In Spain for the first time in my life and wanted to pick up a cycling jersey that had "España" on it. They had one that was exactly what I wanted but the wrong size. When I explained that it had to say something specific to Spain, the gentleman nodded his head and took me to the custom-made "Sevilla" shirts! Exactly what I wanted to take back home to ride in!!! So glad we found this place. Can't wait to ride in my new shirt!

Arriving into Seville to ride the Ruta Via de la Plata, the guys at Mammoth bikes provided a great, expert tune up for our 4 bikes with a fast turn around. Manuel was super patient with our poor Spanish and some colleagues pitched in with some more English. Very professional store with a “can do”, friendly approach. Would highly recommend this store with its comprehensive product range of gear and bike servicing.

I bought a Specialized Aethos SRAM ETap online. The shop made the transaction very smooth and everything was delivered as promised. Very comfortable service, which I can only highly recommend.

These guys saved us from a train-with-bicycle nightmare!! The day before we took a Renfe Talgo (bicycle allergic train) we were looking for bike boxes with the impossible dimensions of 120 x 90 x 40 (as it is their strange requirement) and of course, had no luck.

Until... we found Suraventura Bikes. The incredibly attentive staff heard us out, gave us two of their boxes - and then made us ask ourselves if we’d really be up for the challenge of hauling those boxes, our luggage and bikes through Seville at 6:30am the next day, perhaps to find ourselves stuck at the station with no other option than to give our bikes away to the first lucky chap in sight - by offering us their sending service.

Behold, for €25 per bicycle, they could pack them, send them + some of our luggage in around 24hours from Sevilla to our house in Valencia. What a relief!

That was two days ago, and as the bikes have just arrived with only a little derailleur problem (mine doesn’t have a cage around and got bent a little - I have a replacement hanger, perhaps pay attention to this) but nothing big, I’m writing up this five-star review. We are extremely satisfied with the service, the people and the pricing + could not imagine what we would’ve done with those boxes in that shamefully tiny Talgo luggage department.

As a bikepacker on his way to Santiago I passed through Sevilla. I had broken the mount of my Wahoo in a small crash. Sadly they didn’t have a replacement mount but they really did their best to find me one. At the end, when it became clear they couldn’t get me one in time, they made a temporary solution with tape and zipties that lasted me to Santiago! Great service!!

Amazing. I finished a bikepacking trip in Seville and I needed a bike box to pack my bike for the flight. They were super helpful providing me a box the size I needed and they also gave me extra bubble wrap and cardboard to pack to bike safely for the flight. The shop looked also packed with every sort of things you might need for your bike. Highly recommended

I couldn’t remove the pedals as I only had a multi-tool with me. I went back and they did it for me in 2 seconds without asking for any money. Very nice people, even more recommended

A nice shop. They did all they could to get me back on the road after a crash on my bike tour. They even trued my steel forks. Prompt service. Would Recommend.

I am a life long cyclist who travels and rides a bike whenever/wherever I can. I arrived in Seville ready to reassemble my tarmac only to find it in bits at the bottom of my cycle bag 😩.After hours of trying to reassemble it I snapped the bolt on the headset. I expected to have replace the headset and pay load's of money. Javier at Mammoth not only managed to get the snapped bolt out of the headset but he fixed several other problems and gave me back the bike in perfect condition - the man is a genius!! I am now back on my bike 🚴🏻.They could have just replaced the headset and repaired the bike giving me a big bill but they were not only expert mechanics but cyclists at heart - great service, fair prices and excellent customer service - my new local bike store. Ps good advice from Jose about cycle routes out of the city - happy miles Nige (aka Miguel)

La mejor tienda de bicicletas de toda la ciudad! Aquí hay gente que de verdad trabaja con pasión, son personas muy amables y cordiales! Yo estuve allí necesitando una caja de cartón por facturar mi bicicleta al aeropuerto, y no solo me han guardado una, si no que me han dado un montón de consejos y ayuda para poderla empaquetar bien y sin riesgos de arruinarla (hasta me han permitido utilizar la balance para pesar mis equipos!!).
La verdad los mejores de toda Andalucía!
