Hotel Cienbalcones

Enjoyed an excellent overnight stay on journey back to France from Costa Blanca. The Receptionist became barman and then waiter due to lack of clients. However the evening meal was of good quality and the room was comfortable providing all our needs. Will look forward to a return visit when next in the area.

I would put.more stars if I were able too.. amazing hotel, no idea why it is only 3 star.
I arrived later than I expected, however staff really helpful, restaurant was open till 10.30 and bar is open for you if you wish to drink.
My room on the 3rd floor was a great size with a view of the courtyard.
Beautiful courtyard and so tranquil once you have arrived. A little gem of a place.
Can't recommend enough.

Really friendly staff. Rooms excellent and clean.
Good menus del dia only 14 euro inc vino and water. Breakfast ,you could never beat , anything you wanted was brought to your table. Area worth a visit, really steeped in history.

So far excellent value for money. Breakfast still to come. Very clean spacious room with high raftered ceiling, as our room is on the third floor. Especially airy in the summer Mediterranean climate. Efficient and pleasant waiter at dinner. For the two of us having menu del día for dinner, being rather unusual, they provided an excellent local red wine, plus a large bottle of Vichy sparkling water, a three course meal including bread for 28 euros. The hotel is on the main street of the very interesting ancient town of Daroca.

Cien Balcones is a gem. We have stayed here 5 times now on route to the ferries at Santander and Bilbao. Each time has been superb. Just had a delicious evening meal where Alex was massively helpful and friendly, his quantity of service we could not fault. Rooms are spotless with crisp white sheets and towels. We recommend this delightful place to anyone.

The Cienbalcones Hotel is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Spain. It's conveniently sited, is beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and efficient. We had a good menu del dia and a great breakfast at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

El hotel está muy bien. Las habitaciones amplias son muy limpias y bien equipadas. Está muy bien situado y tiene garaje cubierto cerca. El personal del restaurante muy amable pero la mujer de recepción muy seca para estar en ese puesto de cara al cliente. Pero bueno todo el mundo puede tener mal día. En conjunto estuvimos muy bien. Lo recomiendo

Buen lugar para pernoctar en caso de visitar la ciudad de Daroca, habitaciones amplias, limpias y excelente desayuno tipo buffet incluido. Relación calidad/precio excelente.

Hotel acogedor y bien ubicado, en un pueblo digno de visitar.
Trato excelente en todo momento, sobre todo Óscar en la cena. Un verdadero profesional y un restaurante donde se come de lujo, el mejor del pueblo con diferencia, si hubiera podido adoptar al cocinero me lo llevo a mi casa.

Maravilloso fin de semana en Daroca, el hotel situado en plena calle mayor es muy acogedor y familiar, cosa fácil por el trato cercano y agradable de todos y cada uno de sus empleados, cuenta con parking privado gratuito para los clientes, dado a su buena ubicación hace muy fácil el pasearse por el pueblo sin tener que hacer uso de coche. Sin lugar a duda repetiremos y lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos y familiares.
