The best pizza i’ve had in the city so far! Absolutely excellent in every way- fresh ingredients, everything made right before you get it. Just thinking about it again is making me hungry. Definitely check it out!

This has got to be the best pizza we’ve ever had….no debate. Not only that but the service and atmosphere was top. We had pizza and a salad and it was all gone by the time I pulled out the camera for a photo….testament to a great meal!

The best meal we had in Valencia during our 2 days of stay and one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life from around d the world.
Such an amazing place, definitely recommend!
We ordered margarita and diavola, both were amazing however diavola wins by .5 point.

Great pizzas in the middle of Valencia. We were recommended this place by an italian couple who lives there so the expectations were high but fortunately met!

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, if not the best. I ordered the Amalfi, and it is to die for. I have no idea what they do to that base but WOW 😍 And the cherry tomato sauce, the burrata, the incredible anchovies.. just amazing.

I started the evening by looking at a guide for around 45 minutes deciding which restaurant to go to after walking through this area.. lesson learned - not everything needs to be decided by a guide book and thank goodness I decided to walk into this randomly stumbled upon place 😉

Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Definitely try it out, you won't regret it.
Make a reservation if you can, they tend to get quite busy, for a reason.
Service was great, pizza even better, and prices were decent.

Dinner for two. Attentive service. Excellent quality pizza on a Roman style base with quality toppings. I’ve had pizza around the world and would say it was one of the more memorable ones. Keep up the great work, team!

Authentic Italian restaurant (recommended by an Italian friend!) and fully lived up to expectations. Good service, delicious food, lovely lively atmosphere. You’ll need to book as the restaurant is usually packed so walk-ins may not be possible.

Yum! 😄Pizza was great with good crust. 💪Flavors were unique too, we got a squash flower one and a Gorgonzola and apple. 🍎🧀I recommend the pesto. 🍀Nice atmosphere. 💡Bathrooms. 🚽Our waiter was so sweet and patient and spoke very slow Spanish for us!⭐‼

Some of the best pizza we have ever had!

We highly recommend the burrata, tomato and rocket starter - very light and refreshing, and was great alongside the focaccia. The pizzas were incredible, especially the tomato sauce, but the diavola was deceivingly spicy (you have been warned)!

The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating - we found it very thoughtful that they spoke slowly when they realised that we were attempting to order in broken Spanish.

Took me a while to find somewhere nice to eat in this part of the city but what a find when I did! Sat at the counter next to the kitchen, so was able to watch the skilled staff at work making the pizzas & from the oven to my mouth was about 8ft! Great, friendly service & the food was amazing too. All rounded off with a great cappuccino. So I went back the following night too! 😋 Best to book tho as it was busy.

We had the privilege of sitting at the counter where we could watch the action in the pizza oven. Yes, a little warm there but the show was worth it! The food was amazing: empenada starter with a pizza margarita as our main. Friendly service that accommodated our dopey attempts at Spanish. Loves this place

Simply put the best pizza in Valencia. The service is impeccable and everyone so attentive and friendly.
And to all pregnant ladies, they told me that all cheeses are pasteurised which was amazing since I didn’t have to worry about what to order.
We will definitely go back!

Great sourdough pizza in Valencia. Waiter spoke both English and Spanish. Pizza was divine, great crunch on an aged dough base and a little bit of spice in the salami which is hard to find in Valencia. Bill for 2 including wine and tip came to €47 so a relatively inexpensive evening out. You get to watch them making your pizza and it was busy on a Sunday night when we visited. 👍

Really good pizza restaurant. Very busy we couldn’t get a table just walking in so booked for the next evening and I’m glad we did. Authentic pizzas with classic toppings.

Wow, what an amazing place! A strong 5 stars. Came at 11pm and they found a table for us, despite being busy. The waiting staff were exceptional and the food even more so. The best pizza I've had outside Italy and a great vibe with good music. Toilets clean too and credit cards accepted. Faultless experience and a must visit if you want a good Pizza in Valencia! We found a hidden gem in Valencia city! Must visit Italian restaurant Masa Madre. Tried Panzerotte which was super tasty ,made with fresh ingredients. And Pizza which was super tasty, crispy thin crust with ultimate fresh ingredients. Rucola was exceptionally fresh, smell good. Understood from owner that they use organically grown fresh vegetables and herbs. Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese used was quite fresh and creamy. As weather is hot it was warm inside. Owner and staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. Overall exceptionally well place to eat.

Exactly what El Carmen needed. Actually exactly what all of Valencia needed!! A REAL ITALIAN pizzeria that cares for their craft enough to make their own masa madre dough each and every day. Fresh. Just like mama. So us lucky customers can have amazing pizza dough and breads that are consistently delicious at every visit.

I’m sure everything is wonderful but we enjoyed a handcrafted vegetarian panzerotti - its crescent smiling shape will put a smile on your face too - a Greek salad along with two pizzas so we would have enough to take home. A Supresa which had a huge ball of burrata cheese on it and a Vegetariana which was loaded with yummy veggies. They are large pizzas. You can definitely share one if you get a salad too. Vegetarians and Vegans can find something to eat here. The staff will work with you to meet your dietary needs/requests.

Service is impeccable!! Peter (one of the owners) waited on us and was there for us with a smile. He’s so proud of his restaurant and loves to share his stories with you. And he enjoys showing you the interior which was a labor of love to turn this into a fabulous restaurant (right when Covid lockdowns started!!). The exterior is on one of the infamous street art covered alleyways in the heart of El Carmen. A gem of a location.

Our first visit will definitely not be our last. We were treated to a wonderful shot of lemoncello which made the evening an absolute Italian perfection!!

Delicious, oven roasted pizza. The staff were super friendly, trilingual and helped make our dining experience even more pleasant by answering all of our parties dietary restriction questions. Will be back!

Lovely and great pizza restaurant in the city. Good service as well. Only be aware when paying the bill is that the suggested tip is already included. I didn't knew as they don't tell you of course, so payed a tip on top of this, which makes it a bit too expensive altogether.
