The first time we met Nick was a year before we bought our house in Gandia area. For the first contact, he spent more than 3 hours with us even if he knew we were not ready to buy. He took his time to well understand our needs and to explain in detail the Spanish market and risk you might take if you don’t pay attention especially if you are a foreigner.
The process to buy our house took us 3 additional visits spread over a period of roughly a year. Each time Nick spent a significant amount of time with us for the visits, and I must say he was very patient. At the end we have completed the deal and are very pleased with our acquisition.

We first came to know Nick through his appearances on House Hunters International. When we came to the Costa Blanca in 2021 to look for an area to settle in we wound up meeting him through recommendations from friends in the American Expatriates in Spain Facebook.
