Sixt Bilbao Aeropuerto

I have bought full insurance for my rent. Good location in the airport. Pick-up took me 3 minutes to sign some pages, then 1 second to drop the key when I returned the car. The car was clean with about 20000 km mileage. There was a small scratch on the windshield, but I ignored it because of the full insurance. Fuel service (non-full return) is not necessary if you have enough time, because a gas station close to the airport is easy to reach.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. I've hired many cars over many years, this is the best purely because of the staff. Brilliant, personal customer care.

Couldn't recommend Sixt enough. Easy to book, great choice of cars and a very straightforward check-in service. Staff couldn't have been any friendlier. The car was immaculate, and included CarPlay - we'll definitely be using them again.

The experience was excellent. The car was exactly what was advertised and service was top notch. Return process was seamless, and finally security deposit was refunded very promptly. I hope to be back in Bilbao soon.

Very fast security and check-in (less than 20 minutes)! Can't complain about that. We did need to board a bus to get to our plane, but that's no big deal

This Sixt location at Bilbao airport is the best branch we have used. They are organized, friendly and professional. In fact, they are now our gold standard for car rental service. Very professional company with a large selection of brand new cars. At the desk I was given very clear information by, I believe her name was Ainhoa, that she even escorted me to where the car was parked. Excellent service!.

This place is not cheap but their cars are sweet and Estefania, who works there, is the absolute best!! She really makes you feel cared for and taken care of. She's literally the nicest person that I've ever dealt with at a car rental company; and I've dealt with tons!

For the first time, in my traveling-life, a great experience with a car rental company. No-fuss. No queues. No difficult situations when returning the car. No penalty because we didn't have a full tank.

I was always served nicely at this sixt station and I can only recommend them. The employees were always friendly and did a great job. I didn't have any waiting times and as far as I remember I always had cars which were almost new (under 10000 km) and in really good condition. Overall I only made positif experiences at this place for their service and their cars.

A solid company, affordable prices, clean neat cars. Very nice service. When renting without a limit of kilometers, just return with a full tank. Renting a car in their company has provided me with a fantastic holiday

I've been warned by locals that scratches would show up when you return to your parked car. I wish cars could be wrapped in silicon like phone cases. As scratches on average cost £200. Paying total £139 for insurance on top of a total £79 rental rate was reasonable for 4 days. I did end up with a scratch after parking in Getaria. I saved myself time and money. Taxi would have cost £40 each way. Renting a car for £50 per day was reasonable.
