In my 30 years of renting cars, both in Europe and the USA, this was one of our best experiences of dealing with a Car Rental desk. We rented a car from July 13th to 20th July 2024
The staff were patient, courteous and knowledgeable. They were fantastic to deal with, it's a pity I didn't take their names but they know who they are and all i can say is they are an asset to Enterprise Car Rentals

We often rent cars when we travel but this was by far the best experience we ever came across. We came very last minute to rent a car and the staff was so friendly. They helped us and everything went really quick. When we brought back the car I accidentally left my phone in the car. They were extremely helpful to make sure it was sent to me. The took the time to call and email us until I got it back, and everything they did was so friendly. We will for sure rent again with enterprise. Thank you so much!

Pre booked pre paid ! Showed up on time! the were over booked but got an upgrade .Happy camper .

Rented a compact and got given a small Skoda SUV which was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff and very good price. Warning: if you want to go to France you have to pay 55 euros extra!

Excellent Service and all as one would expect when hiring a car. Regular pickups and returns from the airport by bus and easy of hours returns.

So grateful for the staff at this enterprise location! We left a backpack in our rental car, and thought it was gone forever. But the staff helped us locate it, put it in a box, and printed out the shipping label for us, allowing for safe delivery back to the USA. They were so patient and kind. Thank you!!

Mi experiència ha sido excelente.

Al no aclararme con las tarifas vía web, llamo por teléfono 15 días antes de mi vuelo. Me atiende un chico y me lo explica todo super claro y formalizamos reserva por teléfono. No me pide datos de tarjeta ni nada, solo el correo y número de vuelo con el que llego para mandarme todo el contrato y que ya pagaré el coche cuando lo recoja.

Llega el día y mi vuelo sale con una hora y media de retraso. A mi llegada , que sin problema, solo que no quedaba ningún vehículo tipo Seat Ibiza que era lo que había reservado , así que me ofrecían un SUV por el mismo precio. Al ir solo pedí si no tenían algo más pequeño. En un momento me consiguen uno pero con cambio automático. Sin problema .

Me atendió Iera, una pasada , me aclaró todas las dudas de forma muy sencilla , sin letras pequeñas ni nada . Toda una profesional y muy educada .

Solo me retienen 200€ en la tarjeta. Eso se agradece , no esas animaladas que retienen la mayoría .
Y los precios de alquiler y seguro a todo riesgo muy competitivos.

A la devolución del vehículo , todo super rápido, me lo chequearon en 2 minutos y al momento ya tenía al correo el justificante del desbloqueo del dinero y desbloqueado en mi cuenta bancaria .

Esta compañía ha superado todas mis expectativas con creces. Viajo mucho por ocio, así que por mi parte, repetiré sin duda alguna .

Todo perfecto, coche superior por el mismo precio, limpio y rápido. Diego fue súper amable tanto en la entrega como la devolución. Y encima ganamos la copa, hasta que se demuestre lo contrario dais buena suerte 😂

Nos atendieron de maravillas. En un par de minutos estábamos en ruta. El auto, perfecto. La devolución muy sencilla y sin pérdida de tiempo.

Es la primera vez que alquilamos con ésta compañía y la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria
Tanto a la recogida como a la entrega del vehículo han sido muy amables a pesar del volumen de clientes que tenían, inclusive a la hora de aumentar el alquiler por un día más
