Can’t say how wonderful these people are. So helpful, kind and very good mechanics. I had an issue with my bike where the airline dropped my bike causing the seat collar to become lodged in the frame. This required some diligence and creativity to fix. Every staff member collectively assessed the situation and within 10 minutes had figured it out. We were elated. Great place. Wonderful people. Highly recommend.

Super helpful staff and good selection. Travelling with my bike and forgot my di2 charger ( rookie 🤦‍♂). Staff were super helpful (despite me not speaking Spanish) and had all 3 generations of di2 charger available. Problem solved.
