Excellent, super friendly bike service! I
brought my bike in the morning and they fixed it right away so I could continue my tour. Also a great selection for bike gear.

I thought I would just express how impressed I was with this shop. I went there with a problem caused by airport security loosing a small but critical hub spacer part on a pair of Mavic wheels.
The staff were friendly and did a fantastic job of getting me back on the road, despite them being busy. The shop is worth a visit as it has a lovely range of quality clothing.

When I arrived at Bilbao I was looking for a place to fix a broken spoke. I was in other places (other towns) before but everywhere I needed to leave the bike in the shop or they did not have the parts. For a bike tourer that means finding a place to stay, getting your luggage there and bringing the bike into the shop. At Ciclos Zubero they had a look at it and took the bike into the workshop at once. It did not take long and while waiting I had a look at their other stuff. The repair was done professionally snd gor a good price. Sadly the shop jerseys where sold out in my size. I would have bought one to show off at home. Keep up the good work. One happy customer

I had a persistent problem for a few months which had been looked at my other mechanics. It got worse while I was on holiday and I tried zubero.

The guy here listened to it and diagnosed the real problem straight away.
He is obviously very experienced and skilled. I want to give six stars.

Really helped me out when my bike arrived off a flight with a broken rear derailleur hanger. Took care of it so I could start my bike packing trip. At the end they packed my bike so I didn't have any problems for the return flight. Friendly, efficient and professional service. Really impressed.

5 stars isn't enough. Friend had an issue with her rear hub not freewheeling. Found out that somewhere from the bike being broken down for shipping and it being put back together in Bilbao a part was lost. These guys came up with a solution very quickly and saved my friends cycling vacation. They went above and beyond and highly recommend if you are in the area.

In advance of a six week cycling trip, I contacted Ciclos Zubero about repacking our bicycles for the flight home. I received a fast response from Dorleta confirming that they were happy to assist us. They have a great bike shop in central Bilbao and professionally handled everything that we needed. I highly recommend Dorleta and the compentent staff at Ciclos Zubero.

Os cuento. Llegamos hoy desde Madrid a Bilbao para hacer la ruta del Camino Olvidado De Santiago. Al recibir las bicis en MRW (penosos por cierto), nos las han dado, una con el cambio doblado y la otra con él partido completamente: las cajas venían destrozadas.

Hemos entrado en ciclos Zubero, y lo que al principio era un no tengo ese recambio, al rato era un lo voy a intentar y a los cinco minutos era “a primera hora de la tarde os hago un apaño y llegáis a Santiago.

Ya digo: MEJOR IMPOSIBLE!
