Beware of their recruitment process. Shortly after interviewing with them I received an email stating that I had been successful. I met again with the interviewer online to discuss the details of the job and this is when I did provide a contact for my references. After planning my trip to Spain I received an email from the same woman who interviewed me, indicating that they had to 'rethink my position' as I did not have the right experience for the role. Shockingly true. Basically I suspect they gave me the illusion I had been recruited to satisfy their own sense of security, just in case they did not find anyone else. Who knows what happened, after all who is supervising that the act fairly towards potenital employees? At least now you are aware!
