Moana Eco Surf House

It's nice and spacious. The family rooms are big enough and get cleaned every day. People are friendly, food is good. You can book surf lessons via Moana. You can get yoga and skate lessons. And skate all day in the underground skate park.

Fantastic surf & yoga lodge / luxury hostel. Mostly friendly service (except restaurant staff), great yoga instructor and surf teachers. Nice food (we had breakfast & lunch), clean and comfortable rooms. Ideally they add drying racks for wetsuits and wet clothes by the rooms or in the rooms. They could also add privacy curtains in the dorms for the beds. Otherwise no complaints! Only good vibes.

Very laidback atmosphere with wonderful food. Lunch is the main meal of the day! Friendly staff and just a 15 min walk to the beach.
Visit to Bilbao is easy as the metro is close by and cheap and the city is just 20 min away.
Not too many restaurants and shops in the area.

Very nice and modern boutique hostel. I slept in a dorm and always had a good night sleep, because at night there isn’t that much to do.

It would have been nice to have curtains on the beds to get some privacy and also upon arrival I didn’t get that much information about the activities to do in the hostel: yoga, spa, skate park, the dome,…

Be aware that for lunch and diner you need to book upfront. There aren’t many restaurants around in the area neither.

Highly recommendable!! I came for a 7 day surf holiday with friends and little did we expect our experience to be so beautiful.

The staff is amazing always willing to help and making you feel more than welcome. I even got picked up from the airport, received best recommendations, and had lots of fun with them thanks to their personal vibe.

Great surf spots are just a few minutes walking away but also getting into the city with the metro is easy.

The other guests became good friends in no time and we had unforgettable experiences together like surfing, going out in Bilbao, sunset dinners at the beach, (surf-) skate sessions, pintxos at Puerto Viejo, Spa visits to recharge and the best and much needed siestas in the hammocks outside ;). Brand new and perfect location for enjoying surfing classes (10 min walk to the spot), free yoga and meditation sessions. A plus is that the design is really state of the art and it is new and clean. Staying in a dorm with 10 bed w./ en suite bath and aircon.

Food is healthy and delicious, all fresh and homemade.

Room modern and bed comfy. Cute birds around.

They even offer Yoga classes (no additional fee).

Things to be improved: breakfast > fruits are missing, no hairdryer.

This place was amazing. It made us feel cooler than we actually are, and we had the most relaxing active weekend imaginable. The room was excellent and stylish, the amenities were just as expected plus extra. The unique dome structure for exercise, the skatepark with boards to borrow, great restaurant, and cool, kind people all around.

Great surf and skate stay. I loved the skate area in the underground car park with free to use skate and surf skate boards. Ideal, when the Bizkaya rain shows up. For those who need more action in the evening, "Indiana Sopelana" is in 100m walking distance. The waterhole for the whole residencial area with food menu also.

Amazing place, super location with nice rooms and great food. Spa is also a real treat! We have stayed twice and surfed with Kepa and Eneko Acero’s masterclass. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to be back next year. Also yoga classes every day and mini ramp to skate! The staff are superb, shout out for Arantza, Helene, and Jorge! (Sorry for the name spelling)😅

The staff were all amazing from those seen in check in, skate and surf lessons or the dining area, and the unseen like housekeeping who kept the entire place a pleasure to spend time in. We will be back.

Very nice place, good breakfest, however could have more fruits. Nice personel, room small but very clean with towels, TV and free WiFi. Close to the ocean.

Nice place to stay for surfing. Bedrooms a bit noisy but ok :)
