Make sure you've made online reservation! It's really worth it! Superb place in this tiny village. Loved every dish we had! Pasta with lobster in a creamy tomato sauce is wonderful. Set menu looked fantastic - maybe next time!

Everything we had here was delicious especially the scallops which were some of best I’ve ever had and great value for money. Service was very friendly and it seems authentic / favoured by locals. We ate in several restaurants along the Asturian coast and this was the best in my opinion so well worth booking lunch here if you are in the area!

The scallops, just wow. The food was amazing and the waitress super friendly. You can probably skip the palates bravas and focus on the delicious fish.

This place is class. Easily 10/10. Fantastic atmosphere and service, and the food and wine was excellent. Would be happy if all my meals in Asturias could be like this one!

I can’t review this lovely restaurant without commenting about the little jewel of a port,
Puerta de Vaga is special, go there! The food and service was excellent. The croquettes very flavourful fish with a lovely seafood stock in the béchamel. The bacalao a la plancha was beautifully presented and a great example. Grilled scallops in the half shell looked spectacular and tasted just as good. The owner? selected the wine which was a winner.

Absolutely beautiful meal but you must have a huge appetite. It’s located in a small village worth the short taxi ride. Pub next door is very inexpensive and friendly

Best restaurant in Puerto de Vega.

Went for lunch, ate the tasting menu and ranks among Top 5 meals ever. Fresh, creative seafood cooking that is beautiful while Not being pretentious. Wine was excellent value too!

Only in town for one night which was a pity. The food was delicious, varied and beautifully presented. The lady who looked after us was very friendly and helpful - her suggestion for wine was terrific. Would go back in a NY minute except we aren't allowed out of Australia! Or more accurately we wouldn't be allowed back in...

Loved it. Great staff. We shared 3 seafood plates. Everyone well cooked and presented. Good value for money given the quality of the produce.

Absolutely great experience, wonderful service, every dish was excellent, tempura lobster and percebes being my personal favourites! I hope to go back one day!

Voy todos los veranos con mi familia. Es el momento que esperamos todos para reunirnos y lo hacemos felices en la terraza de Mesón El Centro.
La calidad es un escándalo y el personal es amabilísimo y muy cercano.
No dudéis en ir.

Excelente. El Carpaccio de pulpo es muy rico y novedoso. Me gustó mucho la elaboración de los pescados frescos. La tarta de queso gamoneu fue sublime. Excelente preparación.
Si vuelvo a Puerto de Vega, volvería a comer en este lugar.

Pequeño y acogedor restaurante en el centro del pueblo pesquero Puerto de Vega. De casualidad nos encontramos con la posibilidad de degustar el menú de este reconocido restaurante, 35€ sin bebida. Todos los platos con un producto del mar como ingrediente principal: merluza el plato estrella deliciosa, calamares en su tinta uff, navajas, pulpo, rape, bacalao y pasta terminar una deliciosa tarta de queso de Gamoneo. Solo admite reservas de hasta 6 personas, con nosotros hizo una excepción pues éramos 7... menos mal. Enhorabuena por el trabajo bien hecho!!

Un lugar magnífico, informal y con buen ambiente. Amplio surtido de platos a buen precio. Un menú degustación exquisito.   Tiene terraza. El servicio es rápido y atento. Los baños estaban limpios y bien abastecidos de material. Recomendable su visita

Comimos el menú del día, un pequeño menú degustacion a 35 eur sin bebida y fue un acierto total, todos los platos muy buenos, pero especialmente el carpaccio de pulpo, la merluza y la tarta de queso gamoneu, que merece solo ella, la visita a Puerto Vega.
